A different view

Chapter 4

Beam's POV

Forth was already awake and looking at me by the time I woke.

"Hey love" 

"Hey babe. How are you feeling?"

"Good, I think. What time is it? I have class at 8"

"It's 6:30." "You're never up this early. Did you even sleep?"

He kissed me so tenderly I shivered. "I love you." he said cupping my face in his hands.

"Forth..."

"That one day of not seeing you was torturous for me. Every time we have a disagreement, it hurts more than the last time."

"Forth... Are you breaking up with me?"

"What? No!"

"Good. Cause I was 2 seconds away from kicking you off the bed." That laugh...  it put the warmth back in my body. "Then let's get up and stop being cheesy yeah? I want to be there when Pha talks to Sharp"

"Keep me posted. We engineers can be very persuasive"

"Yeah I know. That's how I ended up with you isn't it?"

"Look who's being cheesy now!" 

"I've missed you too" I whispered, dropping a kiss on his Adam's apple

"Aargh Beaam... you know I can't hold back now" He grabbed me and kissed me hard.... exploring my skin with those rough hands, torturing my needs, turning a not so innocent kiss into a full blown make out session. I needed him... every... single... day...

Forth and the team was busy with SOTUS so I offered to go to Engineering for lunch. My other reason was that I wanted to see Preeth, make sure she was ok. Pha and Kit wanted to see her as well so they tagged along.

"Ming, what do we know about Preeth and Lin?" Forth asked  once all were setlled in

"Not much P'Forth. We can find out though"

Park smacked Ming on the head. "They have 700 signatures in their book and we don't know anything about them? The point of it was to get to know our juniors right?"

"They won't get away without being noticed by P'Kongpob I'm sure" Max stated. "You need some of the fourth years to reach the 1000"

"They already have some of that batch too" Ming confirmed as he checked their books every day. He remembered as they were the ones to get it first.

"How are they doing it?" Tul wondered. "Are they bribing them?"

"No. They approach them at a time when the seniors don't have the time" Lam said in a calm voice. "If they decline, Lin pleads and there's a high probability that the seniors give in just to get rid of them"

"You're right P'Lam. They came to our table when we had a quiz." Ming realized

"They took ours just before our football match" Tul chimed in

"That's cheating, isn't it?" Park said annoyed.

"It's actually a good tactical plan," Lam said.

"Lam's right" Forth agreed. "They took the time to learn about us and our schedules. It can't have been easy. We just didn't take the time to know them"

"But if the plan was that good, why did they not get a 100 everyday? They always had some punishment to do."

Forth looked at Lam and we knew the answer. They were trying to not stand out... they wanted to blend in...
