5 years later...

Beads of sweat began to form on Ni's forehead, her footsteps small and uncertain.

She glanced at the thousands of people spread across the pews lining the aisle in which she walked down. Offhandedly, she thought about how absurdly gigantic this church was, that had been happening all day–she couldn't seem to focus on what was actually happening–her wedding.

It was a beautiful wedding, her mother in law, Mrs. Weasley had decorated the church herself. It was all white with bursts of colorful flowers lining the stained glass windows. Pale pink petals lay beneath her feet.

Though her solo music career was slowly growing, people mainly knew her for her activism, especially the house elves. She hadn't realized how big of an impact she had made on the lives of magical creatures, until Dobby, who unfortunately still belonged to the Malfoylicks, offered to be her flower girl.

It meant so much to see him there, and to see her parents sitting aside Louis'. And there was Hagrid sitting in the front row with a pale blue handkerchief, dabbing at his teary eyes.

And up on stage her bridesmaids: Taylor, Cho Chang, Parvati and Padma Patil stood smiling. And the groomsmen: Harry, Liam, frEd, George, Bill, Charlie and even the Weasley's disowned brother Percy nudged Louis teasingly as she got closer.

But as she laid eyes on her future husband, all her feelings of happiness melted away.

She gulped, telling herself to keep walking. That this was what she wanted. Isn't this what she wanted? Louis and her had been dating for five years now, all throughout highschool. He loved her. She...loved him?

The more she thought about it, the less sure she was.

Her future was uncertain to her. She thought about little soulless redheaded children running through a garden that she could barely afford. Herself, knitting a sweater for her 8th child because they couldn't even afford birth control.

But Taylor Swift (her stage name didn't include Wealsey–not wanting to get her fame from her 1D connections) would be her sister! She could help provide for the young Weasleys since her solo career had really taken off after she had won the Battle of the All-Inclusive Solo Artists. She had even offered to play the wedding march on her guitar for the wedding despite her world tour starting in a week.

She'd never had a big family like Louis had either. Her two parents were not only muggles, but dentists. And she had never been taken seriously academically, socially, nor professionally in the wizarding world because of it. If she went through with the marriage to a Weasley, that might all change.

But was that all she had to look forward to?

Besides they were so young too, still in their last year of Hogwarts. They still had the rest of their lives!

Forward. Keep walking forward Ni. She breathed in, out. You want this. She tried to convince herself.

When she made it up the aisle, her ginger groom smiled toothily at her, she was grateful for the veil covering her grimace.

"Hey beautiful thaang." Louis made a kissy face at her, "looking smoking in that dress." he bit his bottom lip, staring at her womanly figure (ew).

She really had changed in the past few years. The winds of puberty had turned her from an ugly duckling into a swan. But Louis had stayed with her even before her glow-up. And maybe that was one of the reasons that made her stay with him.

Ni breathed out of her nose in an almost laugh, "yeah, thx ig."

The preacher started up his spiel about love yaddy yadda and marriage and loving each other, blah blah blah. Ni couldn't pay attention.
