The group was all gathered in the Room of Requirement, listening to a smartly dressed house elf.

It was clear Dobby had really moved up in the world after being freed, but everyone was so shocked and pleased to see he had graduated magna cum laude from law school and had now started his own firm, bringing home six figures a year.

Dobby adjusted his broomstick tie, "wizarding law is a highly difficult discipline to change. Some of these laws have been in the books for millenia."

Everyone looked concerned, hoping they wouldn't be barred from the competition after all of their work.

"Controversly," he said with a wink. "I found a loophole in the system. We go to court today!"

...

"Woah, this is a huge courtroom." Lisped Liam as they group went into the room, catching a glimpse of a beautiful centaur lady from the corner of his eyes.

Harry gasped, recognizing the centaur as Firenzia, his ex stalker.

"SHHHH!!!" Said Dobby the Lawyer, "we're in court, we must be respectable."

One Direction hushed up, following Dobby's orders.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I'm curious, bear with me, are you aware that we're making history? This is the first feminist trial of our wizarding nation, the liberty behind deliberation, I intend to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that women should be allowed in the battle of the boybands." Dobby mic dropped.

Firenzia cleared her throat into the mic, "thank you, Dobby. And now we will have our first speaker, Joe Jonas!"

"Hi!" Joe said enthusiastically, introducing himself and stepping up to the podium. He smiled brightly at the camera, which was filming for wizardnews.net, also giving everyone in the jury a lovely smile and wave. "I just wanna that its called the battle of the BOYbands not the battle of the GIRLbands or the battle of the GIRL and BOY bands. There's a reason for this guys, it's because girls just aren't at the same level as us manly men. They're little brains can barely understand a c scale.

Ni scoffed, trying not to speak out of turn in the courtroom.

"Thank you, Mr. Jonas, now I believe the plaintiff has some questions for you."

Dobby stood up, grabbing an iPad and brushing off his polished clothes.

"Hello again, and thank you Mr. Jonas for speaking here today." Joe nodded at Dobby the Lawyer's remarks, "now I would like to ask you, what are your thoughts on Bellatrix Le Strange being a part of the Battle of the BoyBands? What is your reasoning for allowing her to participate?"

Joe shrugged, "idk, we aren't discluding females or anything, we're just being fair. Girls and guys can't sing together...but like, we're not being disclusionary by not allowing any females in."

Zayn had to refrain himself from rolling his eyes and had to physically hold Ni back as she tried to get up and fight.

Dobby nodded his head, allowing Joe's word to be understood by the jury and the entire wizarding world (who were watching on their wizard TV's. "So, Mr. Jonas, are you saying that allowing only one woman to be a part of the band competition is considered 'equal' and 'non-disclutionary?'"

Joe paused, unsure at how to respond, "well...I mean, I wouldn't say it's unequal? They can still join?"

With this feeble argument, Dobby was able to bring in old cases from past wizard cases (in accordance with Wizard Common Law) and prove his point that allowing only one woman in the competition was completely unlawful.

Joe was dismissed from the stand, a few more men and women were brought forth to defend the claim that women were worse than men and the Battle of the Boybands should prohibit women, but all were brought down by the mighty force of Dobby the Lawyer.

"Thank you, Mr. Dobby the Lawyer. Now we would allow the defendant to defend themselves, we would like for them to bring forth anybody to question."

A lawyer defending the separation of women and men stood up and called Niall-Hermione Horan-Granger up to the stand.

He questioned her with questions regarding being a woman in the wizarding world.

"Wouldn't you say that, as a woman, you feel safer letting men and women do separate things?" the sexist lawyer asked.

Ni had to clench her fist as to not roll her eyes, "No, on the contrary. I would say that separating men and women makes me more nervous because I am left with nothing as men are taking all of the opportunities left before me. I am left defenseless if men and women are separated, and am left unable to prove my worth."

The lawyer took pause, thinking of words to say, "well, wouldn't your prevention of being apart protect you from men trampling over your own opportunities?"

"No, Mr. No Name Lawyer, as a woman I was forced to pretend to be a boy in my beginning days of Hogwarts Schoolcraft and Wizardry because I was unable to attain anything I wanted from my situation of womanhood. It was not my lack of effort nor my lack of talent, but my being a woman that caused me to fall short from my dreams. All because of the Wizarding World's unlawful and unjust laws."

The lawyer had no words, "uhhhh.....anyways, you're dismissed! We would like to call up Zayn Draco Malfoylick to the stand!"

Ni left the stand and Zayn took her place, settling into the uncomfortable seat.

"Hello jurymen, judges, and fellow members of the universe. My name is Zayn Malfoylick. Women have always played an important role in my life. My mother Narcissa who birthed me, my professors who have taught me valuable lessons, my peers and my friends, and the most important person in my life..." Zayn looked to Ni.

Pansy blushed, thinking he was talking about her.

"Women should be able to do anything that men do. I think that women are great, and everyone should respect them." He gave the jury and the camera a wide smile, "therefore, women should be allowed in the battle of the boybands. Also it makes no sense that Bellatrix is in it."

The entire jury cheered, agreeing with Zayn's bright eyes and sexy hair.

The entire courtroom went up in cheers, echos of the shouts resounding off of the walls and throughout the entire world. The court was decided, women should be treated just as equally as men.

Firenzia slammed down her gavel, declaring to the court, "It is decided, the Battle of the Boybands can no longer discriminate by gender."

And the court case was closed.
