Chapter 4:~Escape~

The guards threw Faylinn and Elwin into a dungeon and locked the door behind them and Faylinn sighed, "Good! Now we are trapped her forever," And Elwin noticed the keys to the cells hanging just outside their cell. He smiled for himself. "Not if you should sing, Faylinn! You have such a beautiful voice! A voice of an angel! Any creature could fall asleep to your voice," He pointed out, "Just sing! It will get us out of here," Faylinn sighed and took a deep breath and started to sing,

Sleep now children of Uversio
The night has come to life
For another day is waiting to begin

Elwin glanced outside of the cell and smiled, "They are sleeping," he whispered, "Let's get out of here," And he grabbed the keys and unlocked the cell door and they snuck out of the cells. Faylinn smiled at Elwin, "You did it!," She said quietly. Elwin smiled back at her, "We did it!," "Who has the keys to the cells!?," The elven Captain's voice demanded. "Let's go!," Faylinn told Elwin.

And they run out of the dungeons, up the stone stairs up to the the throne room against the entrance of the place. "GET THEM!,"A guard suddenly yelled.

Faylinn swallowed hard. They needed to get out of here. Quickly!
And then Faylinn noticed the entrance of the place against the other side of the Kingdom.
That way they needed to take to get through the woods.

They run against the big gate and managed to get through before it closed.
They didn't look back. They just kept running.
But they could hear the elven guards approaching her.

When they had come out into the forest, she hurried to hide behind a giant tree.
"Do not worry, 'Light'. I'll hide you and your friend,"A voice said. And Faylinn and Elwin froze. "Who said that?,"She asked blankly. " 'Light', you have to be quiet,"The male voice said again, "They're behind us," Faylinn didn't say anything more since she stood frozen in shock and fear.

The North elven guards searched around the forest but couldn't find Faylinn who was hiding behind a tree.
"We have to report to The King!,"An elf with long blonde hair and blue eyes like the King's said. And Faylinn and Elwin watched them leave.

" 'Light', you can come out now," The voice said again. And Faylinn came out of her hiding place, "Who are you? Where are you?," And she could hear the voice chuckling. "I'm right here beside you, dear 'Light'," And Faylinn and Elwin looked up and gasped in shock when they saw that the tree they had hid behind actually lived and she fell backwards a bit and sat down on the ground.

The tree smiled at her, "I'm Tahir, my dear 'Light'. It's a pleasure to meet you," And Faylinn swallowed, "Faylinn," She trembled in shock. "Elwin," Elwin said shakily. And Tahir nodded, "Faylinn. The elves you met are the ones who wanted to use you for their own way. But there's people out there who wants to help you and protect you. They can even tell you who you are. One of them is already looking for you," And Faylinn swallowed, "Looking for me?," And Tahir nodded, "Yes, a wizard named Gideon. He has friends not so far from here. If you want, I can show you the way," Faylinn nodded and put back the crystal on her necklace under her shirt. The tree lifted her and Elwin up into his branches and began to walk and leave the forest.

Faylinn and Elwin couldn't but fall asleep to the trees gentle steps.
