Diggy's POV
I'm so glad to be out of school for summer break, Skylar and I are free to spend as much time as we want together. I'm so happy that my parents are letting her come with us to St. Vincent for two weeks, she needed a vacation. Ever since her mom died, she's been a little distance from the world and I've been right by her side through it all. I know everyone thinks what we have isn't going to last, but I know for sure that she's going to be my wife some day because we've been through it all together and our bond is still strong and unbreakable. Just as I finished packing my phone vibrated.

I couldn't believe her dad was letting her go anywhere without him, but I guess since he trusted my parents he knew she was going to be safe. I can't wait to get to St. Vincent man, I've missed the water over there.

Skylar's POV
I can't believe I'm in St. Vincent with my best friend, lord knows I needed this vacation more than anything. Ever since my mom died my mind has been somewhere else. As I was leaving my room to go to the beach I seen Dan, even though I told myself we were just friends, my heart didn't believe it no matter how many times I tried to convince it. Is it crazy that after spending practically all day with Daniel I still wanted to spend more time with him? I was so bored in my room so I decided to text him. Ten minutes later I heard a knock on my door and I already knew who it was. I ran to the door with the biggest smile on my face. "DAN! I was so confused about if I wanted to go to that after party. If I was to go, what would happen? It's not like everything is just going to back to how they used to be when we were 13. If I go I probably don't even see him for most of the night. But you know what? I need to have some fun, I need to live a little and stop reminiscing on shit that's long gone. As of now I have to find something to wear because I refuse to go to that party with what I wore to the concert.
