Dating Peter Parker and Loving Movies Would Include...

-Let's face it- Peter Parker is notoriously awful about his crushes

-He just doesn't know how to deal with himself whenever they're very cute and go to his school

-And so, when the two of you were stuck in detention for some stupid reason and you offered to watch a movie with him on your computer, he basically had heart eyes for the entire time

-He was also impressed that you had excellent taste in films- turns out movies was one of your passions

-He'd definitely be happy to just sit there and listen to you ramble about your favorite movies

-Peter would also watch movies with you just to hear you chime in with little facts and details as you watch

-Peter has a habit of trying to watch a movie over the weekend so he can come to school the next day and casually bring it up just to see the excited glow in your eyes when you want to talk about it

-Then, one fateful night, Peter was at a Halloween party

-Was he bored? A little bit

- Was he trying to see if you were there? Absolutely

-Peter was just about to give up and go home when he saw you across the crowded house

You were dressed as Carrie White from Carrie (1976), pink dress and fake blood and all

-Peter doesn't know how to explain it- it's like his heart stopped beating for a little bit just to return at double the normal speed

-You just looked so happy, laughing with your friends, proud of your costume?

-He's infatuated

-Eventually, Peter gathers up the courage to go talk to you

-He wasn't entirely sure what he was planning on saying, but the first words out of his mouth are to ask you on a date

-To his surprise (and great relief) you say yes

-Movie dates are definitely a thing between the two of you

-Sometimes you go see new movies in the theatre, but oftentimes you'll just go over to his house or he'll visit you to watch an old favorite and talk the whole time

-You develop your own secret language of obscure movie references and inside jokes

-Basically, the two of you are very cute together, and could probably star in your own movie because of it :)
