"Is it getting colder in here or is it just me?" You asked JJ. You were currently in Alaska for a case and in a rent house. Everyone had their room to share and you and JJ shared a room.
Surprisingly you thought that it was going to be extremely cold but it was similar to the Chicago winter that you spent in your childhood neighborhood before coming to Virginia.
"No it's not just you, I'm freezing too." She said while clinging on to her blanket. She got up and grabbed some more wood for the open fireplace.
"That's better. Now it should get a bit warm in here." She said while coming back up to the couch and cuddling with you.
"Ohh yeah, I definitely feel a lot warmer." You said while getting just a bit closer to Jennifer. She let out a soft laugh as she pulled you close.
