After passing grass fields and seeing the beautiful view from the mountain. Passing the forest where we can see a couple of wild animals that have been found years after the crash, such as birds, bugs, and a fox. Crossing a river with only a rope bridge, this part was very dangerous as the distance between the bridge and the river were huge and if we fall, the possibility of surviving is hard with those big rocks in the river -but thankfully no one was hurt and the adult was mature enough to bring everyone to the other side safe and sound-. We've climbed through rocky roads and cliffs. Until we have reached our last destination.

During the hike, each team had different breaks and they have lunch at different times it was decided by the team leader which is the adults. So team B had taken the lead for some time but of course, my team caught up soon and was in the lead once again. We've reached the flower field that Uncle Samuel had worked on for years now and he was right. It was beautiful, the color-coding make it seem more sophisticated, it looks like a perfect picnic spot, and was worth it all that hiking from waking up at 6 in the morning.

At this point, everyone was running and the children and Petra had reached the red flag that was put on the top. I was in the lead but Sharen was the one who brought the flag, While Joshua was behind me and was bringing the flag with him. "Abby catch!", Sharen screamed as she throw the flag, it was a bad move since it was windy but for some magical reason the flag landed right in my palms and I stab the ground with the bottom of my team's flag right next to the red flag. We had won.

I saw my team's blue flag right next to the red one with the feeling of victory in my bones. Joshua catch up soon and put his green flag right next to mine, I looked at him and we both shake hands, it was a good competition. I ran to Ruth and Sharen and the three of us fall into the flowers as I hugged them, "We won!", I said excitedly now standing up to high five Uncle Samuel and Uncle Reuben. "Good job kids.", Uncle Reuben said before patting all of us in the head, messing up our hairs.

Though team B already lost they were being cooperative about it and accept defeat. We all laugh about it all at the end. We all stay in the flower field, resting for about 30 minutes before going back down to the mountain's foot. We went through all our troubles once again to go home and rest. We all clean up as the adults set up the fireplace and we spent the whole night eating sweet marshmallows and telling scary stories and receiving our pin of being the winning team before going to bed with smiles on our faces and a possibility of cavities because of too many sweets.

The next day we woke up with another day of summer camp. This time I was not woken up by three loud boys or my persistent Uncle who won't stop bothering me until I got out of my sheets, but today I wake up by myself for the very first time in a long time. It's almost as if it's a once-in-a-lifetime event where I wake up first from the rest of my family. Well, everyone must've been tired from yesterday but I was used to walking along the rail. I got out of bed and clean my sheets. I decided since no one is awake, I'll just get ready earlier.

It was 6 in the morning while we have to be awake around 8 a.m. There was no rushing in today's activity since today was our summer camp project day and I already thought of something to do a couple of days ago when the last time I talk to Joy. I was going to make a little carrot farm, in a reason to feed Joy and because our carrots have been missing these past weeks. I already plant mine yesterday morning as too I can't stop thinking about it and I know I have to do it or else I know I won't fall asleep. I got dressed out of my pajamas, brought my notebook and pen with me, and went outside to water my plants.

I'm trying to write the observation for this project I had. I'm sure that I won't win, not that I'm giving up but my project this year was simple and I can't reveal the real reason to the judges -our parents-. Besides I'm sure a bunch of my siblings and cousins had come up with genius ideas this past year as I just thought of this idea 2 days ago. But even though I just did my research in an hour and plant the seeds I had asked from Mother yesterday, there were already little shoots growing out of the dirt. Seeing it work and grow made me more motivated to do this project.

I watered the plant after I wrote down my observation and took care of it before sketching -well try to- the plant on my notebook. It didn't end up as the best drawing, but I'll take it. After doing what I need to do for around 15 minutes the sun was going to shine and I decided to watch the sunrise on top of the root. I climb the roof and sat down in the same spot I was in days ago. The sun was shining in the dark sky and the morning sky was showing. In my opinion, sunsets are more beautiful than sunrise because the pink skies are more visible during that time, but now seeing the sunrise I could feel the different feeling from watching the sunset.
