I opened my eyes and looked around.

Everything was bright. It was the blinding kind of bright, too.

I stood carefully, looking around. Nothing.

Footsteps slowly started to make me panic.

I snapped around. "Who are you? Am I in the void?"

"Um... A curious one. I'm not surprised"

The man was 6' something and had red hair. He also had some of the most amazing emerald eyes I had ever seen.

"You didn't tell me if I am in the void."

"I will answer your questions as soon as I get you to safety. Grab my wonderful hand."

What? I thought.

"Wonderful hand? Dude, really?" I smirked as he rolled his emerald green eyes.

"Ma'am. I apologize for being myself. Just grab my hand."

I instantly became stern. "Tell me why. Now, before I scream in anger."

His eyes filled with frustration and I watched as he stalked up to me. He was very influencing. I looked at his eyes and watched them soften.

"Please. I tell you everything you want to know. Just listen to me. Alright?"

I nodded slowly and watched as he studied my eyes with his. They slowly sifted to my lips. His eyes lit with a deep fire.

I cleared my throat and he backed up. "Let's go. Grab my hand."I grabbed it and was surprised with how soft his skin was. It was refreshing.

He pulled me after him.

We were stopped though, by some people I faintly recognised. I searched through my memory's and remembered.

They were the Demons that Lucifer had set free.

Crap.I grabbed Gabriel's hand and ran.

"Where are we going?" he asked.

" Shut up." I glanced back and sure enough, they were following us. "Tell me your name real quick."

"Gabriel. Why?"

"Valera quo soya tiramisu Gabriel an Ari."A portal opened as soon as I finished the chant and I pulled both of us through.

"Woah. What was that? How did you do that?"

"Shut it." I glanced around with my blue eyes and sighed.

"Are you okay?" Gabriel asked.

"What do you think?" I snapped.

"Sorry. Didn't mean to make you 'upset'." He said, narrowing his eyes.

I saw some lights up ahead and went to see what it was. My families summer home.

We walked in and I went straight to a room, not being occupied. I sat down on the bed in the corner and thought about what had just happened. What had I said exactly, that had gotten us out of the void? And ho had I known that I was I the void?

I decided that after some sleep, I would think of what had happened.

I laid down on the bed and closed my eyes. I started counting. I was asleep before I had made it to fifteen.
