Time was passing and now it was 1 month of their marriage but Sidharth was still the same , he always finds out the reason to taunt her but Shehnaaz never said anything she use to take all his accusations and taunts without saying anything but it hurts her a lot , she use to cry while sitting alone . In this one month nothing changed between sidnaaz but Shehnaaz was sharing a great bond with Kushal and Rita aunty . 

Rita aunty loved her like her daughter and always treated her like a princess even Kushal found a small sister in Shehnaaz , he loves her like a sister , he always care for her and wanted to protect her  , he does all kind of masti with her which make Shehnaaz really happy . 

Shehnaaz was still sleeping in the balcony on the floor but she never complained about it . She use to do all the work of Sidharth from taking out his clothes for office to keeping his things on its proper place . 

It was last night , Shehnaaz was having back ache due to sleeping on floor and now it was unbearable so she thought to sleep on the couch whick was kept in their room . Shehnaaz took her blanket and she was going to sleep on couch when Sidharth yelled at her making that blanket fall down. 

"ohh hello ....... madam kidhar " asked Sidharth

" ji wo... me..i..n  c..ouc..h pa..r " Shehnaaz was going to speak when Sidharth cut her in between and said 

" shaayad tum apni jagah bhul chuki ho , tum mere liye sirk ek maid ho aut tumhe lagta hai ki mein tumhe mere kamre mein sona dunga " said Sidharth making mer sob 

" chup chaap apna bistar uthao aur soo jaao jahan soti ho " yelled Sidharth and went to sleep 

Shehnaaz was crying silently , she picked her blanket and went to the balcony and kept crying until she felt exhausted ....... her back pain was killing her she couldn't sleep whole night . At last she slept early in the morning . 

Next morning she woke up with a severe back pain , with a very difficulty she woke up and went to washroom to get freshen up , she came out and arranged all the necessary things of Sidharth along with his clothes and went down to prepare breakfast , her back pain was killing her so she was going towards Rita aunty's room but stopped when Kushal called her .

" kya hua bhabhi , aap thik ho " asked Kushal 

"jee bhai mein thik hoon ...... bass maa ke kamre mein jaa rahi thi kuch kaam tha " replied Shehnaaz . 

"kya kaam tha bhabhi , aap mujhe bta sakti hai " 

" bhai woh actually mujhe ek pain killer chahiye thi mere sar mein bhott dard ho raha hai " said Shehnaaz 

" sir dard , bhabhi aap thik toh hai na " asked Kushal with lot of concern 

" jee bhai mein bilkul thik hoon  bass sar dard kar raha hai "

"agar zyada dard hai toh hum doctor ke paas chale " asked Kushal to which Shehnaaz nodded in no 

" bhai aap itni tension kyun le rahe hai , normal sa sar dard hai thodi der mein thik hojaye " said Shehnaaz 

" thik hai bhabhi ..... aap aiye mein aapko painkiller deta hoon " saying this Kushal went to bring painkiller for her .

Asfter taking the painkiller also , she was feeling pain in her back but she kept quite because if she will say about it then everybody will ask her reason behind it so she chose to keep quiet .
