Chapter 57- Scrutinization: Part 1

"I win." Midoriya said as he landed on the ground and pinned Uraraka underneath him by her wrists whilst he tried to steady his breathing.

"Mgh..." Uraraka groaned as she hit the ground. 'That stings...' Uraraka thought as she shut her eyes and winced slightly.

'I hope that didn't hurt her too much...' Midoriya thought as he turned off OFA and looked down at Uraraka whilst his breathing rate slowed down.

'I knew he could do it if he tried.' Uraraka thought as she opened her eyes. 'But...' Uraraka thought as she looked up at Midoriya to see him leaning over her whilst he pinned her wrists to the ground beside her head. "No, I win." Uraraka said as she blushed slightly.

"What do you mean?" Midoriya questioned as he tilted his head to the left slightly. "I have you pinned to the ground." Midoriya said as he blushed slightly and stared down at Uraraka.

'That doesn't mean I'm not going to tease him as revenge for not taking it seriously the first time.' Uraraka thought as she stared up at Midoriya. "Exactly..." Uraraka said as she smiled up at Midoriya.

'Did she just..?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as he stopped tilting his head to the side and blushed slightly.

'Got 'em...' Uraraka thought as she started to giggle quietly.

"H-Hey don't laugh..." Midoriya thought as he looked away from Uraraka.

"S-Sorry, sorry, it was just-" Uraraka said as she stopped giggling briefly. "I wanted to tease you and your reaction was so funny." Uraraka said as she slowly started to stop giggling.

'Really..?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as his blush deepened slightly. 'So that's how it's gonna be?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as he turned to face Uraraka. 'In that case...' Midoriya thought as he smirked slightly.

"But seriously..." Uraraka said as she stopped giggling. "You did great." Uraraka said as she leaned up slightly. "Especially that last mo-" Uraraka thought as she tried to sit up and move her arms.

'I'll give her a taste of her own medicine.' Midoriya thought as he held Uraraka down.

'Why'd he pin me back down?' Uraraka questioned as she leaned her head back down onto the ground whilst her blush deepened slightly. "Deku-Kun?" Uraraka questioned as she stopped smiling and looked up at Midoriya.

"So you think you won?" Midoriya asked rhetorically as he charged OFA to 3%. 'I've gotta keep calm otherwise...' Midoriya thought as his green lightning started to coil between them whilst his blush started to fade slightly.

'He turned his quirk on?' Uraraka questioned rhetorically as she watched the green lightning coil between them. 'It doesn't shock like how I thought it would.' Uraraka thought as she felt the green lightning against her skin. 'It's warm...' Uraraka thought as she started to warm up slightly.

"Well I disagree..." Midoriya said as he moved Uraraka's hands above her head.

'Wait, what is he doing now?' Uraraka questioned as she felt Midoriya move her hands.

'This won't work.' Midoriya thought as he pressed Uraraka's wrists together. "I think that I won." Midoriya said as he moved his left hand to grab both of Uraraka's wrists.

'Oh...' Uraraka thought as she felt her wrists get pressed together. 'Is this his way of getting back at me for teasing him?' Uraraka questioned as her blush deepened further.

"And to the victor goes the spoils..." Midoriya said as he released his right hand's grip on Uraraka's right wrists and moved his right hand down to Uraraka's chin.
