Class 1-A Dorm - Common Room: After Friday Classes

It's a beautiful day outside, birds are singing, flowers are blooming. It's been a week since the yakuza raid to save Eri from Overhaul and the death of Nighteye. The students were given a brief reprieve to get their emotions in check before returning to school and ending their work studies. Recently the students had noticed a change in the Izuku Midoriya, he had become more reclusive, and he had bags under his eyes. He was still paying attention in class, but if you talked to him he would take a while to answer before giving a short response. Fortunately, the topic of conversation between his classmates happened to be about the hero in training.

"Has anyone noticed that Deku-Kun's been acting a little off recently?" Asked Uraraka before sitting on the common room couch next to Todoroki and Tsuyu.

"Now that you mention it, Midoriya-san has been acting a little strange recently *Kero*." Replied Tsuyu, whose thoughts suddenly shifted to the slight changes she had noticed in Midoriya.

"I didn't notice anything strange going on with Midoriya." Stated Iida whilst frantically chopping his arms up and down.

"That's probably because you were too busy scolding Bakugo for 'disrespecting school property' and shouting in the classroom *Kero*." Said Tsuyu in a matter-of-fact tone.

"I- Fair point. But I still should have noticed if something was wrong with him, he is my best friend." Said Iida with a defeated tone of voice.

"Ouch Iida, I'm right here you know." Said Todoroki with a deadpan expression and a tone to match.

"I apologize, Todoroki, I should know better than to say such insensitive thi-" Replied Iida, quickly backtracking over his previous statement.

"Relax Iida, I was joking." Said Todoroki, cutting off Iida before he could get too deep into his apology speech.

This caused the three others to give Todoroki a look of bewilderment as if he had done the impossible, even Iida was perplexed.

"What, I can't make a joke?" Asked Todoroki, picking up on the looks his friends were giving him.

"It was just so unexpected..." Replied Uraraka.

"Yeah, *Kero*." Replied Tsuyu.

"Pardon, but shouldn't we be talking about whether Midoriya is alright or not?" Said Iida, back to being worried about his classmate and close friend.

"What about Midobro?" Kirishima asked, followed by Kaminari, Bakugo, and Mina.

"He hasn't been acting like his usual self, he's starting to remind me of how I acted before the sports festival." Said Todoroki, worried that his classmate would close himself off from others as he once did.

"WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT THE SHITTY NERD!? He can deal with it himself like he always has..." Bakugo muttered the last part under his breath so no one could hear him, slightly worried about the usual chipper nerd.

"I- I mean, we are worried about him Bakugo." Replied Uraraka, angry that even now Bakugo would act like this towards Deku.

"Tch." Said Bakugo, before storming off to his room.

"Sorry about him." Said Kirishima before starting after Bakubro. "That wasn't very Manly of you Bakugo! Not Manly at all." Said Kirishima who was starting to catch up to Bakugo.

"NO ONE ASKED YOU SHITTY HAIR!" Could be heard from up the steps.

"Hope you guys figure out what's up with Midoriya. Kiribro is probably gonna need my help with Bakugo." Kaminari said before running after the two. "Wait up guys!" Could be heard faintly in the direction of the stairs as Kaminari ran up them in pursuit.
