Caspian fitted the SIM into the burner phone he'd been given on the boat. It jumped into life with no complicated set-up required. He smoothed out the scrap of paper with a scribbled number on it, and began to press the large rubber buttons.
The phone rang for several minutes, then a seductive female voice sounded down the line, extending the 'Hi' for several seconds.
Caspian looked at the phone for a second, quizzically. Then, as he brought a lit match to the paper, he firmly gave the words. 'CODE RED.'
