'Ah, you must be Beatrice Deft?' asked a middle-aged, blue-suited man at Stand 451, his hand extended. 'Welcome, we've been waiting for you.'
Beatrice nodded, and shook his hand briefly.
'Yes, that's me. And you are...?'
'Kelvin Wemyss,' he replied. 'Local representative of the International Publishers Caucus. You've received the papers?'
Beatrice gestured to the document wallet. 'I understand our mission is to tackle the industry's carbon footprint?'
'Excellent, correct. If you want to look at the rest of this Zone, there is time beforehand. The event is not until this afternoon. Give yourself time to enter the Blue Zone, though - security is tight.'
'Agreed,' Beatrice said, and turned on her highly stylish and comfortable heels to explore.
