I pull out my phone and click shuffle on YouTube music, some rip-off of an 80s song comes on. Uggghhh, where is the good music? I decide to turn it off. I unlock the door to my apartment and see MJ by the kitchen counter eating some toast.
She turned to look at me"Where were you?"
"at Delmar's with Peter" I say, taking off my leather jacket.
She gave me a suggestive look when I said that 😏. But I ignored it. MJ has been shiping Peter and I since we were in 7th grade.

My ringtone.
I pick up the phone.
MJ POV

I see her pick up the phone.
"Hey Mom" I hear her say into the phone.
"Hey honey is someone there with you?" Her mom says over the phone
"Yea, remember its movie night"
"Ok then I need you to come over tomorrow"
"Ok, I'll drop by after school"
"No we need you to come in the morning, as soon as possible"
"Why?"
"Your dad and I, we need to tell you somthing"
"uh, yea, ok, I'll be there"
"Who's there, in the apartment with you?"
"Just MJ right now"
"Ok, uh Y/N you need to tell her"
"What? Ok yea I will, I'll see you tomorrow Mom"
she sounds kind of scared, I've never really seen her like that before.
"see you tomorrow"
Your POV
I hung up the phone mentally preparing myself for this, but how can I? I'm about to tell my best friend my biggest secret.
"Umm, MJ?" I say nervously
"What's up?"
"I-I need to tell you somthing"

"Wait so your mom!?" She says
I nod
"And your dad is?"
I nod again
"And tomorrow you need to go to the avengers compound"
Another nod
"And you need me to cover for you"
"Exactly"
"Does Peter know who you are?" she asks suspiciously
"No of course not you're the first"
"Ok, thanks for telling me, of course I'll cover for you tomorrow"
"Really? Thank you"
"Your my best friend, it's kind of my responsibility to"

Im sorry that was such a short one but I wanted to leave you guys off on a cliffhanger, I could have ended the chapter earlier but I thought it was too short then. But anyway starting now things are going to get interesting.
Oh and by the way like i said on the first author's note, I did mess up the timeline a bit so here's what I changed
- MJ knows about Peter being Spiderman
And
- Thor and Hulk were part of Civil War
