Only a Dream

Chapter 5

Quick A/n I'm putting Taylor's outfit hair and makeup up above, so if your having trouble imagining, no need to worry :)
Taylor's Pov

I woke up late because I was so tired from my melt down last night. I only had a few minutes to get ready so I did some really quick make up, I accidentally added too much black but I just went with it because I didn't have time to fix it, I added some lipstick to make it look like I tried a little more. My hair was a mess so I brushed it out and put on a beanie. I threw on my galaxy shorts and my "No pants are the best pants" crew neck, and my black booties. I wanted to make sure that I looked at least semi presentable.
"Mom I'm ready come on let's go! We're almost late."
Luckily the meeting is just in the board room of the hotel. We went to the elevator and quickly ran out once it reached the floor. I took a deep breath and opened the door, everyone was already there. They were all staring at me walk in the room.
"Uh hi" I said shyly "Taylor I'm glad you could make it! I'm Paul the manager of this tour, you can have your mom sit over there with the rest of the parents and your just on time so have a seat and let's get started."
The only seat left was next to Mikey so I awkwardly sat down. I felt like the outcast here, I'm pretty sure everyone in here knew each other but they don't know me.
"So the tour starts on the 20th, you guys will all meet at the LAX airport and your first event is in LA. There's a tour bus there that you'll all be traveling in and at every city we will get hotels to make you guys a little more comfortable. I've already pick out who is in what room so no complaining." the guys all laughed and Paul continued, "So in one room will be Mikey, Jack, and Nick. The next room will be Luke, Dylan, Trevor, and Brent. Next is Christian and Crawford, Grayson, Ethan. And since Taylor's the only girl she'll get her own room."
"Wait a minute," I spoke up, "The first room you mentioned only had three people in it, why don't you just put me in there?"
"Do you really want to be in a room full of guys?"
"I'm sure we're all going to be spending a lot of time together anyway so it doesn't make a difference, plus I don't really mind."
"Uh okay then you'll be in a room with Mikey, Jack, and Nick." (if you don't know who Nick LaQuay is on YouTube check him out he's amazing! )
Mikey smiled at me and it made me blush.
"So remember this is a state tour, so we are going to every state. How many cities we go to depends on how big the state is. At every event there is going to be a big show where you all run around stage and so your thing, there will be question and answer sessions, then you have a lunch break. Then comes the meet and greet where you will all sign stuff and take pictures with everyone. Then the event is over!"
Paul talked a little more about the events and then the meeting was over. "Before I let you guys loose to get to know each other we need to take a photo for promo."
We all agreed, "Wait a minute! Taylor, get on my shoulders I don't think we'd be able to see you if you were standing." every one laughed and I glared at Jack,
"They would see me just fine! I'm not that tiny!"
"Your smaller than me, your pretty short. And it's cute. Here get on my shoulders" Mikey told me, I sighed.
"Fine bend down" he did and I got on, "OTP OTP!" Jack started shouting, "Shut up!" Mikey and I said at the same time we laugh and then I smiled and held up a heart with my hands, Mikey held up a peace sign for the picture.
"Okay now do a funny one." Paul said, Mikey picked me up off his shoulders and carried me bridal style so I put my arms around his neck and we made funny faces. Wow he was really strong, he didn't even struggle to move me "We are definitely using that one!" Paul said looking at the photo. Everyone dispersed around the room but Mikey didn't set me down.
"You guys can stay here and get to know each other, I have to take your parents to sign some papers so you guys have fun." then Paul left with all of our parents.
"Happy Birthday cutie." Mikey said still holding me, I blushed.
"How did you know?"
"Your tweet from yesterday" he smiled
"I have a weird question... Is this a dream?"
He looked at least kinda weird, "Um no, why?"
"It's nothing really... Um can you put me down?"
"Not a chance babe"
I blushed again and he started singing Happy Birthday really loud and everyone joined in, I laughed and hid my face in Mikey's chest. Then all of the sudden they brought out cake and I looked at Mikey, "Did you do all this?"
"Well I had make your tweet true, I have to make this the best birthday ever."
"But why you don't even know me."
"Well since your going on tour with us your apart of our family! It's our job to make you happy" Jack said.
Mikey finally put me down and we had cake and talked, I got all the boys numbers so I could ask them any questions I had. We started a group chat because everyone was getting jealous over who I would text. It was time to leave and I got really sad, "It was amazing meeting all of you, this was the best birthday ever thank you. And this is going to be the best summer ever, I'll see you guys in ten days!" after I was bombarded with hugs from the boys and a kiss on the cheek from Mikey I was off to the airport, "Goodbye everyone!" I said from the car, they were all fake crying and I laughed, "I'll see you all soon!"
I sat back in my seat. "I love those dorks already."
