Sorry for not updating. I've had the worst writer's block. This is part 2 of the first dare. Check out the previous chapter of this story for part 1. Again, big shoutout to @GreenYoshi73 for giving me this dare. Also really big apology to you as well as @Flameshine19 because you both gave dares and I'm not done with them and I'm just really sorry.

Here's a short recap of what just happened: (okay, sorry, it's not short. You can skip it if you want).

"You have nice taste. Percy's lucky to have you." He replied.

I laughed. "Now, how to act..." I sighed... "Just act smart, don't say dumb things, and don't be an idiot. Everyone will get along great."

"Okay?" He agreed. "But I'm never an idiot."

"Eh..." I said. "And last thing... you are 16 years old. You've lived in Manhattan your entire life. Your dad and step-mom co-own a restaurant called Eat Up. You looked up the gorgons for a school project and got more than you bargained for. I saved you when you called someone for help but accidentally messed up on the numbers. All your life you were the smartest kid and have never gotten lower than A+. You have ADHD and dyslexia." I took a breath. "I think I got everything." He nodded. "To camp!"

We walked to the border of the camp. "Hey Annabeth...?" Magnus stopped dead in his tracks.

"Yeah, Magnus?"

"There's a dragon there." He said.

"Yeah," I answered.

"He won't bite?"

"He can kill monsters and mortals. Unless you're not a demigod, he might. Or an evil demigod..." I paused. "Hmm... I'm not sure." I bit my bottom lip. "He knows me... he might eat you..."

"What?" He asked, staggering backward.

"Kidding...!" I said. "I hope..." I murmured as an afterthought.

We walked into camp. The dragon didn't bother us and the barrier let Magnus in. I suppose Norse demigods are also considered demigods. Chiron galloped towards us. He frowned. "Annabeth... who is this?"

"A new demigod," I tell him.

"Undetermined or does he know who?"

I looked back at Magnus. "Um... undetermined."

Chiron gave Magnus a steely gaze as if he could see right through the idea of Magnus and him being the son of Athena. I got worried for a second but then Chiron made a small smile and said "Take him to the Hermes cabin. Give him a tour with Conner and just... help him settle in..."

"Okay. Got it, Chiron," I told Chiron and then turned to Magnus. We started walking towards the Hermes cabin. Magnus had stayed quiet the entire conversation.

"What does undetermined mean?" He asked me.

"It means---" I started.

"---Annabeth." Chiron interrupted calling out to me. He trotted a bit towards us. "Any... other reason you came back to Camp Half-Blood?"

I felt bad about lying to Chiron but he would understand (hopefully!) --- it was a dare. "No, Chiron," I chirped. "I just missed home."

Chiron gave me a grudged nod and galloped away.
