Today was the day Antonio was going to get his gift.
I was helping out Señora Julieta with the cooking. Mamá and Maria were also helping too.
"Maria can you pass me the sugar?" Mamà asked.
"Sure."
It was pretty silent.
I was helping to make Quesadillas.
Turning around, I saw Maria practically drooling at the sight of the quesadillas.
"Close your mouth, flies could go inside your mouth and travel through your throat, eating your organs one by one..." I smirked as Maria huffed. "That's fake!"
"Are you sure...?"
She gulped.
Señora Julieta and mamá laughed at us.
"How enthusiastic your family is!" Señora Julieta smiled.
"Hehe!" Maria grinned cheekily.
"Y/N!" Hearing Dolores voice coming from outside the kitchen, I rushed out, yelling. "Coming!"
Dolores stood in front of a few boxes.
"Can you help me move some of these boxes?" She asked.
"Oh sure." I kept the same blank face I
usually had.
I picked up a few boxes and carried them alongside Dolores.
Passing by the stairs, I looked towards Camilo.
He looked towards me and we both made eye contact.
I looked away, breaking it.
"Set the boxes over here." She pointed to a nearby wall.
"Oh ok." I nodded and set the boxes down.
Hearing footsteps walking through the gate, I turned around and saw Mirabel.
She held a basket of decorations.
Suddenly, a gust of wind flew by.
I covered my face with my hands, trying to not get blown away. 'Señora Pepa must be having a mental breakdown right now...'
That's when Señora Perfecta came down and gave Señora Pepa a bouquet of flowers.
"Y/N! Where the hell are you? Get back to the kitchen!" I jolted up a bit before running back to the kitchen.
'Let's hope everything's going alright.'

'I'm bored...! Everyone's busy with preparation and I haven't gotten the chance to talk to Y/N!' I frowned.
The ceremony was starting soon, we had to find Antonio.
'But... wheres Antonio?!'
