The words in bold when they talk are French.

Kaden's P.O.V

My social worker was coming soon to bring me to an orphanage in Pittsburgh. I am never able to stay long in a place before I am moved. Mostly due to people thinking I am damaged because of me losing my mother in a car accident at a young age I don't remember it tho. My memories of my mother have faded away I carry a picture of my mom with what I can tell maybe her brother in a picture frame that has always sat on my night stand I quickly place that picture in my bag. My social worker Alyssa walks into my room.
"Hello Kaden are you all packed to go." Maria asks.
"Yes ma'am"I reply zipping up my bag.
Once I finished zipping up my bag Alyssa picked up my bags and I grabbed my stuffed Puppy that my mom gave me when I was born. I followed my social worker down the stairs and out the door. Once we reached her car I was placed into a car seat and buckled in before Alyssa placed my bags in the trunk. It was really late at night when we arrived at the airport. I only had one bag of stuff so we did not check it in. We reached the place where there was a sign for Pittsburgh there was a different lady sitting there waiting.

"Is this him?" The new lady asked my worker in a language I did now understand.
"Yes this is Kaden Elliot Crawford-Price." Alyssa said I only understood the part where Alyssa said my name. Alyssa handed the new lady my bag and a file. Alyssa crouched down to my level.
"Kaden this is Sam she will be taking you from here to the United States. You will have a better life there buddy." Alyssa said before getting up and Sam grabbed my little hand.
"Why do I need to leave here for there?" I ask confused.
"Because we have run out of placements in Montreal." Alyssa replies. I nod before Sam picks me and places me on her hip the whole time I had my stuffed Puppy in my arms.
"Does he know and understand English?" Sam asks Alyssa I of course did understand a word.
"No he does not." Alyssa replies.

That was the end of my life in Canada and the start of my life in Pittsburgh.
