20 weeks - Banana

"He is being unreasonable!!" the young woman pouted. "Please, can you tell him to stop being such a grumpy old man?!" she whined

Mika could not help but giggle at her future sister-in-law whining as she was face first on the sofa. Mika, Katie and Sara were going to look at the venue and Mika had invited Areum too, as she had a free day from her studies. Afterwards they were going bridesmaid dress shopping.

"Kookie said that he kept doing his jaw clench last night when he got back to the dorms after our movie." She sighed, doing a rather accurate impression of Joon's infamous jaw clench.

Namjoon had stayed the night at the dorms the previous night. He claimed it was because he would leave for work so early the following morning and did not want to disturb Mika as he got ready, but really she knew it was because he wanted to interrogate Jungkook when he would get home. Last night was Jungkook and Areums first date, and he was in full protective brother mode.

"I am very familiar with that jaw of his. I've been on the receiving end of it many times, and the cause of it too." Mika replied. "It's because he loves you."

"Wish he wouldn't sometimes. He is going to scare Kookie away." She pouted even more.

"Aww our little Kookie and Areum falling in love!" Mika teased as Areum hid her face in the cushion. "I have spoken to him before, told him to back off and leave you both alone."

"But why is he suddenly acting like he hates Kookie?" Areum asked.

"He doesn't. Joon looks at Jungkook as a brother. The guys are all brothers to one another. He is finding it weird that his little sister and little brother are in the beginning stages of dating one another." Mika replied.

"That is disgusting!" Areum whined, "But I guess it makes sense."

"Plus, he is your big brother. He is protective of you. I know how frustrating it is having an older sibling be that way. I have 4 of them!" Mika replied. "And 3 of them are always getting involved in my life, even now! Julie is the only one who leaves me be for the most part. It is the life of being the baby of the family." She added, laughing.

"So he doesn't hate Kookie?" Areum asked, "Because he thinks Joon really does!"

"Absolutely not. However, I will speak to him again tonight and tell him he seriously needs to tone down the over protective brother act." Mika said.

"Thanks unnie." Areum smiled.

"So, tell me all about your date! I hope Kookie was a gentleman!" Mika giggled as Areums face flushed red.

Bridesmaid dress shopping was easy. Mika already knew the colour of dresses she wanted and the shop they visited had exactly what she was looking for. Millie would arrive in Seoul the following day and would get her dress fitting done then. Julie wasn't able to arrive until the day before the wedding, but had sent her measurements to Sara and the dressmaker said she would make any additional adjustments the night before.

It was day 6 of wedding planning and there was so much Mika had already organised with Saras help. It had surprised her how easily she was deciding. Mika was well known for being a perfectionist and Sara thought she was going to be a nightmare to wedding plan with, but it was the opposite.
The only thing Mika was being picky about was her dress. Sara and Katie understood this, both having gone through the stress of finding the perfect wedding dress themselves and they had months to find theirs, not a week like Mika! She had visited many bridal shops but there was nothing she even liked enough to try on.
