November 2020
Week 20 - banana

It was the morning of the wedding. Namjoon and Mika had decided against normal western tradition of not seeing the bride before the wedding as it wasn't much of a Korean tradition anyway. Neither of them were much for tradition anyway. However, Mika was adamant about him not seeing the dress, though. She wanted to see his reaction as she walked down the aisle towards him.

Nari was meeting Mika at the venue with her dress and the freshly made flower arrangement head band that Mika had picked. Since the day of the dress fitting Mika had been speaking to Nari a lot. She was funny, had a dirty sense of humour like Mika and she was someone Mika could talk to about pregnancy related things too. Nari's husband was also an idol who was friends with Namjoon. She felt like she was beginning to make a friend in Korea.

The couple spent a relaxing morning together, having breakfast, going for a walk and watching some tv before it was time to leave.

"So, your stylist is bringing your suit to the venue?" Mika asked as she walked into their bedroom.

"Yes, and security is already at the venue, both inside and in the private garage. They've hired extra security to ensure there is no one lurking around that shouldn't be there. Covers have been put up too. So you don't have to worry. We even had decoy BTS members arrive at the rehearsal studios. Dispatch took the bait and have already posted photos, so as far as they know, we aren't across the city getting married." He smiled, pulling her into his arms.

"I love that there is a fake BTS in the BigHit building right now." She giggled.

"It's pretty crazy." He laughed, giving her a sweet kiss on her nose. "Are you nervous?"

"To leave the safety of our home - yes. To marry you - no!" she said, kissing him, "In a couple of hours I'll be Kim Mi-Kyung."

"Let's go get married then." He grinned, taking her hand.

When they arrived at the venue, Mika was amazed at the level of security. It was like a military operation. She felt calmer knowing that no one would see them. A statement was already prepared to be issued later that day, so the news wouldn't be leaked. After the pregnancy was leaked and they were forced to announce their engagement and the baby earlier than they had planned to, they didn't want to go through that again. This time, they were in control.

Mika and Namjoon stood in the hallway, holding one another in their arms before they had to go their separate ways. It was a moment of quiet, calm and comfort. Just the two of them.

"I can't wait to see you coming down that aisle." He whispered, kissing her softly.

"I can't wait to see you waiting for me at the end of it." She replied, running her fingers through his hair.

"I love you." He said, resting his forehead against hers.

"I love you more." She said, placing a soft kiss on his nose, making him chuckle. "I don't want to let go of you right now."

"Me neither, but we will see each other again in less than an hour. Let's just stay like this for a little longer, though." He said, kissing her as she smiled at him

They spent a few more minutes wrapped up together, his chin resting on top of her head before it was time to go their separate ways. Namjoon went down to his dressing room to see all the guys already there, hair and makeup being done. They cheered when he walked in.
