Ace ended sleeping over at my place. This boy done slept in my house so many times her practically had his own room. The guest room we had turned into his. Most of his clothes shoes are there and he had a tooth brush, towel and rag to shower with over here. I don't really have the same at his house cause I never really go to his house. But I do have a couple of pieces of clothes at his house.

It was Thursday and tomorrow we didn't have school so we stayed up watching movies. We'll really anime. We watched kurko's basketball and attack on titan. Then we watched some romantic anime. Maid sama, and devils line. I don't think ace really liked them cause the whole time I was comparing those boys to real life boys.

"Why can't anybody treat me like that? What does a girl have to do to get a decent boyfriend?" I mean I don't know why he took offense. It's not like he likes me the way I like him. "I treat you like that." He says in defense. "Yea but it's different, we're just friends. Their friends with intimate moments, moments where they click and a connection is made. Where they don't see eye to eye but-"

"I'm not interested into listening how romantic there relationship is please." Ace said interrupting me. I roll my eyes and push him off of me. It was such a good feeling. Ace was like a thousand pounds. I was barely breathing as he laid on top of me.

I get up wanting some more water. But ace pulled me back and I landed in his lap. "Why are you leaving?" He cling onto my waist like a five year old scared of the dark. "I just wanted some water." I try to pry my self out of his hands but instead he picked me up and lifted me up all the way to the kitchen. 

Ace sat me on the counter of the kitchen and filled a cup with ice. "You know I could have came here by myself, and got me some water?" I'm getting tired of his clingy side. That's all he did today is just cling. I was a metal and he was a magnet just hanging on for dear life. "I know but I'm trying to treat you like the guys in the show." He handed me the water but before he did he held it high.

"What do you say?" I twisted my eyebrows at him. He is seriously not about to make me say thank you? "Give me?" I say like I didn't know what he was talking about. "No the other word." I roll my eyes at his foolishnesses. "Ace! Stop playing I'm seriously thirsty!" I try to get the cup of water but he was to tall for me and I didn't want to stand on the counter either. "Say the magic word and you'll have the water." I huff knowing he was serious. Ace would starve me if it was up to him to feed me.

"Please ace, can I have the after please." I put my hands together giving him the puppy eyes with a little pout. Ace smiled a little then gave me a kiss on the head. "That was way to cute for me to say no." I took the water it downing it into my throat. Ace hands were on each side of me. As we locked eye contact. I put the glass aside "what?" Ace was full on staring.

I opened my eye wide "staring contest!" I looked into ace eyes intensely trying not to blink. Ace licked his lips and proceeded to smile, but it was more of a smirk. "The person who blinks has to kiss the other person." He says super fast. His smile grew wider and then he BLINKED!!!

Ace blinked! He think he's slick. "O shucks, I guess I have to kiss you." He says sarcastically, I push him before he could even lean in for a kiss.

"Get out of here you pervert." I hopped off the counter to find myself back onto the counter. "Come on! What's the harm in kissing. Just like you said we're friends." We we're back in the same position like last time. "Yea friends, friends don't kiss each other." I stated. "But I kiss you on the forehead all the time. Friends don't do that either." He'a right friends don't do that but it was normal for us. Some friends do intimate things that most people don't find friend like.

"But that's our thing."

"So." Ace shrugged and backed up. "What do you mean so?... you're gonna stop kissing me on the forehead cause I won't let you kiss me on the lips?!" I hopped off the counter heading towards Ace.

"Yup." He fills his cup with water and drinks it. "That's not fair tho!" I was kinda hurt, not because he was gonna stop giving me forehead kisses but the reason why he was gonna stop. It was our thing. Like how some people have handshake or how some people dances. Head kisses was our thing. Sometimes that's how we communicate like earlier.

"Your an complete ass." I walked off into my room locking the door, so he couldn't come in. Soon I heard a knock come to the door "v let me in!" I continue to ignore him and decide to use the bathroom.

After you spent like 10 minutes in the bathroom you go to open the door but he is already inside. "How the he-" ace came over to me quickly. He grabbed me by the face so that we were face to face. "Your so fucking stubborn."

"I-"

"I don't wanna hear anything from you." Ace looked at my lips then my eye then back to lips. "V why can't I just kiss you?" By the tone of his voice I can tell he was being serious. But I don't get why. He is the one who said we were strictly just friends after we did some intimate stuff in the 9th grade. No we didn't have sex we just made out.

"Ace! Your the one who came up with the nothing can become of the friendship. We are strictly friends nothing more." I mocked his voice well tries to.

"Yea I know but I was young back then." Ace let go of my face and lifted me up into his hands. He sat us on the bed to where I was straddling him. "Why do you even want to kiss me?" I was genuinely confused. I'm always confused every time a boy tries to get intimate with me. Why me? He is probably joking. He must be blind cause the hell does he find pretty? Those were my exact thoughts. I loved myself but to a certain extent. I was never confident when it came to boys the only reason why I'm like this with Ace is because I'm used to him.

"In all honesty, I've been thinking about things. Specifically you." I scrunch up my face at the comment and Ace sees. "I know this makes you uncomfortable but I need to get it off my chest."

"Alright, go on." Ace pulls me in closer to him holding onto my waist. "I know I said there could never be things between us, but you've been making it hard lately." I wanted to control my facial expression but I couldn't. "What-"

"Shh I'm not finished." Ace sighs heavily. "You've been looking extra gorgeous these past few weeks, and just something about you make me wanna be near you all day long. I feel tired and sad when I'm not near you." I kinda wanna laugh because it'll take some pressure off of this situation. I laugh when I'm in awkward situations or situations that make me feel uneasy.

It was becoming hard to look Ace in his eyes after a while too. "Can you say something please." I realized I failed to reply to what ace said, but what do I say. I mean I do like him back, but I can't bring myself to say it. So I find myself doing the most reckless thing I could ever do. I kissed him. But it was quick peck.

I was waiting for an reaction but he just stared at me. "Sorry I did-" o was pulled into another kiss but this time it wasn't a quick peck. My lips and his lips were moving in sync. I tasted the popcorn and all the candy he ate today and he probably could to. Ace hands started to rub my ass as we kissed.

I didn't realize it but I kinda missed this. Not like we use to kiss all the time but he was my first kiss. So it meant everything to me. The way his soft lips glided across mines or the way his tongue use to explore my mouth. I missed all of it, like how his hands would just start traveling all over my body like it's doing now.

I moan into the kiss feeling him grab my ass again. "You don't know how bad I missed you lips." I smiled at the comment. "We only kissed once." I laughed. "Yea but, one time is all it took for me to fall in love." I twitched at the word a little. This is my first time hearing him say it. I mean of course he said love before but they had way different meaning behind it compared to now.

"Sorry." I shook my head and smiled. "It's alright."

He kissed my lips then my nose then my head. "Wanna go to sleep, I'm a little tired."

"Yea sure." I was getting tired too. He laid me down next to him as he wrapped his arm around my waist. Ace gave me one last kiss on my neck before saying good night.

I intertwine my fingers with his and fell into deep sleep.
