i wrote this song called "sing to me" for me and jack's 6 year old, namiko. me and jack were still sitting in bed as we hear little footsteps and the door opening. "good morning mommy & daddy" she said walking in and jumping on our bed getting in between us.
"watcha doing mommy?" she said watching me write "im writing a song for me andf you to sing since you was telling me you wanted to make a song with me." i said "can we start after breakfast?" she asked "yes, come on let's get breakfast started" i said getting up as she got on jacks back for a piggy back ride.
we went downstairs into the kitchen and i started whipping up the pancake mix, after making 5-6 pancakes i started making the bacon then started to cut up & wash the fruit. i made me and jack some coffee and poured nami some orange juice. "there you go baby i said
putting her food in front of her. "thank you mommy." she said starting to eat. " thank you baby, this was so good" jack said getting up and giving me a kiss on the cheek and going to put his dishes in the sink. when i finished eating, i got up to help jack wash the dishes.
as nami walks up to me giving me her plate, cup, and fork. "thank you mama" she said walking to the couch. "you're welcome pumkin" i said "oh lemme put on some cartoons for you" i said drying my da da and turning to tv to cartoon network
"alright nami, let's go to the studio" i said walking into me and jacks home studio. jack started playing the beat as i started to sing
"namiko did you know? that you used live in my tummy. namiko did you know? i'm in love with being your mommy, sing to me" i sang
"alright booger, come with me" i said grabbing her hand. jack added audio from a video of namiko trying to wake me up "so i'll point at you when it's your turn to sing and all of your parts are highlighted" i said
we practiced a couple times until we go it right and ended up finishing the song within a hour
