Sweat dripped from Aleodei's mask, she gasped out of breath. it had been seven minutes fighting on par with each other. Sahamid grinned.

"What's wrong? run out of steam little Drigenife?" she asked snarkily without skipping a beat. How the hell was she in such good shape? she was so old! Aleodei thought. A horn blew, meaning it was time for the core ritual. Sahamid glanced outward from where she came. "well time for fun has ended. I might as well squish you here once and for all, No more resurrections," she said with a smile. She became that red ball of electricity and ran at Aleodei. In an attempt to stop her, Aleodei shot forward fire as hot as she could possibly make it and yet the red electricity wouldn't stop. She fell on her back scrambling. Sahamid materialized and towered over her. "DIE!" she screamed with wicked joy as she raised her sword.

Suddenly with a loud bang, she stopped in her tracks. Aleodei fixed her slipped mask. Sahamid fell with a clang, Aleodei pushed her dead body off her and glanced toward her. her eyes were bloodshot and her mouth open, revealing sharp fangs and wicked black teeth. Aleodei looked forward and saw Claire with a gun in her hand. She heaved.

"Quadira sends her regards," Claire said breathlessly. Aleodei sat up shocked out of breath and dazed

"It's over Claire, it's over isn't it?" she said quietly, Claire didn't hear her but still walked up to her and offered a hand.

"She was a loose end... for Arielle," she said honorably and firm. Aleodei took her hand and chuckled lightly.

"Thanks,"  she said softly, Claire nodded.

"Let's go,"

Claire and Aleodei snuck around the center of the castle as they waited for the king and Sahamid to arrive at the big event. Kagami's corruption team should be at the castle mech room and the frontline troops at the ground kingdom. Claire raised her hand ready. Aleodei nodded, all they needed was the king's entrance. Then just on time the trumpets sounded and in came a surplus of soldiers carrying a heavily guarded small box. The king came in grinning.

"Welcome to the Lilac Livings!" he said overjoyed and grinning over a crowd of nobles and high ranking generals. he kept looking around to what Aleodei figured for Sahamid, not knowing she was dead. He grinned and waved and finally said;

"We welcome our most powerful mage and my advisor, Sahamid!" he said pointing to a door covered with curtains, when no one showed his grin diminished and he scowled. "Somebody please get Sahamid!" he yelled. Claire tapped Aleodei and she stepped forward. Aleodei drew everyone's attention by blowing blue fire above them making them look to the person who had thrown it.

"BEHOLD! Trinity has come to destroy the Infernals on their day of celebration!" She yelled bring up pillars of rock from the ground. The king laughed and shouted;

"Take this fool to the grave!" he pointed his fat finger at her. Aleodei brought forth a sword and stuck it to the ground. The ground shook and the castle tilted. The corruption team had gotten her signal. There was an outcry and soldiers turned to others and fought. Aleodei lunged for the red core but was stopped by a legendary general.

"Over my dead body, pig," he spat. Aleodei narrowed her eyes.

"With pleasure Desacrinal," she said kicking him in the stomach and grabbing the box, an arrow piercing her shoulder armor caused her to drop it. Desacrinal gasped and threw himself to catch it. Aleodei struggled to pull it out and gave up eventually. She elbowed Desacrinal and took the box slipping the stone into her inner armor pouch. and dropping the box and running for her life. Desacrinal concerned himself over the fallen box to not notice where she had gone.
