Dysphoria;
state or feeling of emotional and mental discomfort and suffering from restlessness.

"What?" He breathed

"You heard me, make Andre fall in love with me" I repeated and he stayed silent for a while before bursting into laugher. His laugher sounded a little musical but I was still irritated.

"Are you joking?, what's with that?"

"Why'd you think I left the institute?, it was because of your brother" I said

"What?" He asked confused.

I began to narrate the story of how I saw him in my dreams and how I had escaped just to find him. When I was done, he let out a sigh.

"Andre hates you" he simply said "and, even I'm trying to not hate you" he continued.

"I know, but I really want to be someone that Andre would like, I'm really going to try hard"

He blankly stared at me for a few seconds before speaking up.

"First, earn my trust, help me take down the institute" he said glaring down at me.

"Deal?" He asked

"It's not going to be easy, these people have partnership with the government, you might end up loosing your life." I said and he smiled.

"Anything it takes"

"Deal?" He asked again

"Deal" I smiled.

Meanwhile Andre had no idea about what Damien and I had been up to. He was inside his late parents room, he always came there whenever he had a lot on his mind.

His parents were pharmacists, so their room was filled with chemicals. Andre looked around and felt uneasy.
Was he a coward? After his parents died, he didn't even bother to avenge them, all he did was run away, but now the murderer was back.

His thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Come in" He said and Shirley walked in

"What's wrong, my Prince?" She smiled

"What do you mean?" He asked feigning ignorance

"Come on, we both know you only come here when you have a lot on your mind" she said and he stared at her, she knew him too well, he couldn't lie to her.

"It's just.."
she nodded to nudge him to continue.

"Am I a coward?" He asked and she looked taken aback

"Of course not, you're the bravest man I know" Shirley said with a comforting smile

"17 years ago, when my parents were murdered, I took Damien and ran away, I've been running away all my life, without the thought of avenging them" Andre said with a pained chuckle

"Well, you were just a child, you were scared, that doesn't make you a coward" she said and rubbed his back in a comforting manner

"I don't want to run anymore" he said and turned to face her
