9 months later...

"Fuck! Ughh!" today was the day that Yuzu was giving birth to their twin. 

Yuzu was screamen and crying as she tried to push as hard as she could to get the children out, while Mei held her hand and caressed it softly. She didn't stop crying at Yuzu's condition, giving birth was always difficult, especially if you are the one that is pregnant. Changed of someone to pass away are also always there during a birth.

Ume and Alissa were outside since neither of them could take it without crying, so Harumin and Matsuri were there for them.

"Aaaaaaah! It hurts, Mei! It fucking hurts!" Yuzu sobbed and panted as she held Mei's hand tighter.

"I know" Mei kissed her hand and caressed her cheeks with her other hand. "Baby, you are strong. You can do it, I believe in you and so does the twin. I know you are strong" Yuzu kept her tight hold on her hand.

"Alright, when I say 3 you push the hardest you can. Okey, love?" Mei asked her softly making Yuzu look at her and nod.

"Okay, one, two, three!"

"One, two, three!"

"MMMMMM!"

"You are doing it good baby, one, two, three!" And so it went for hours.

After what seemed like years the crying sound of the first twin was heard making both the women cry even more.

"Congrats, It's a boy!" a doctor exclaimed as he grabbed the baby and showed the child before taking him away.

"We are almost there baby, one, two, three!"

"Aaaah!" Yuzu cried and threw her head as she kept panting hard and pushing.

"One, two, three!"

"Ugggh!"

While they kept this on, the other cry was heard from the other twin making Mei sigh in relief and letting her tears fall even more. 

"It's a girl!" another doctor exclaimed and did the same as the first doctor said

Yuzu stopped pushing and panted before weakly turning her head to Mei and smiled weakly at her, "W-we made it"

Mei couldn't stop the tears as she leaned in Yuzu and cried even more while the doctors continued the work.

When the doctors did what they were supposed to and that didn't hurt Yuzu anymore, Mei couldn't wait and captured those lips with hers into a short passionate kiss. Yuzu responded but weakly since she was weak. 

After they let go they couldn't help the smile that stayed on their lips and leaned their foreheads against each other. "I am so proud of you, babygirl"

Yuzu chuckled at her and joked, "You are embarrassing me"

After the babies were clean and all, they brought the two to the engaged couple. Their eyes lit up when they saw the babies and happy tears fell from their eyes as each one got a baby.

"God they are so small and cute" Yuzu chuckled and before whipping her tears away.

Mei grinned at her fiance and chuckled, "Of course they are, you thought you would have something bigger inside of you?" she tease making the blonde blush furiously as she hushed her.

"Shhh, there are still people in here and kids!"

"Hush you, it's not like those two can understand anyway. And the doctors already know how they came" she smirked.

Yuzu playfully glared at her when she heard giggles from the doctors.

After the doctors checked one last time at Yuzu and the babies, they let them alone in the room to have their own moment.

Once the doctor checked on Yuzu and the babies one last time and left, Mei sighed and leaned back against the chair as she stared at the girl in her arms adoringly. Yuzu grinned at the sight before looking down at the boy who was now staring at her.

Yuzu's smile never left as she played with his nose, "He has your eyes Mei, and that absolutely looks cute on him" she giggled when the baby grabbed her index finger and begone sucking on it.

Mei looked up and smiled at her fiance, "Well, Akino has yours and it looks absolutely stunning on her. Who knows she will have your nature hair colour" she grinned. 
(For those who didn't know; Yuzu's natural haircolor is brown and when she was a child she dyed it the same color as her late father's hair)

"Believe it or not, those two are going to be a mini version of us"

Mei playfully rolled her eyes before slowly getting up with the baby in hand and slowly laid Akino in her bed. When she came back she slowly got Hito from Yuzu and laid him in the bed beside Akino. 

Yuzu couldn't help but trail her eyes up and down Mei's feature who proposly swayed her hips left and right. Mei smirked when she felt eyes on her, she turned around and licked her lips seductievely, still smirking at the blonde. She walked backwards until her back hit the door and locked it from behind.

Yuzu gulped when she watched Mei's seductive side and moaned softly when Mei ran a finger on her aroused dick. 

"You, my sweetheart. Don't know how horny I've got in the past four months. Which is why we are going to do some oral sex until you are fully healed"
