" Thanks again for doing this, Louise." Phil said, as they stepped out onto the sidewalk.
" No problem, Phil." Louise smiled, her blonde hair bouncing as the entered the shop.
Sure, Phil usually only fell for personality, but there was just something... unique...about this boy.
" Hello! How are you doing today?" The brown haired boy said. " I'm Dan."
" Good, good." Louise said, smiling. " I'm just here with my friend Phil."
Phil's heart fluttered.
Dan looked at this dark haired boy. He had tattoo sleeves, studded snakebite, and eyeliner.
" I'm going to look for some lilies for Darcy." Louise said, walking down an isle.
" So, hello." Dan said, shaking hands with Phil.
" Hi! Um, I'm Phil."
" I know. And you must know by now that I'm Dan, right?"
" Yeah."
" So... Do you listen to any music, Phil?"
" Uh huh. Muse, Fall Out Boy... That's all I can think of right now."
" No way! Those are some of my favorite! I also love Panic! at the Disco, and My Chemical Romance." Dan smiled, his crinkly smile.
Phil was already falling even more in love with him.
He saw some roses across the counter. Phil smiled.
" Those for your g-girlfriend?" He stuttered.
" Those?" Dan turned. " No. They're not."
Phil laughed. He put his elbow on the counter.
" So, Dan. What're you into these days?" Louise asked, from the other side of the store.
" Boys." Dan whispered, low enough for Phil to hear, though Dan didn't realize Phil heard him.
" So... Um... Dan... Did it hurt when you fell from Tennessee? 'Cause, um, it's hot in here because of you." Phil mentally facepalmed. What the heck? He did like, three lines at once.
" Um... No?" Dan responded, cupping his chin in his hands, and leaning on the counter.
" Oh, gosh. Uh, um, erm, I mean, uh- Did t hurt when you fell from heaven? Because I think I just found an angel." Phil said smoothly.
" No, it didn't, because I crawled up from the depths of-" Dan started.
" That must be why you're so hot." Phil said, winking.
Dan tried to hide his blush.
" R-Really?" His Winnie the Pooh voice cracked, and his face started to turn as red as the roses across from him.
Phil nodded, and picked up a small bouquet of white roses.
" I'd like to buy these." Phil said, pushing them onto the counter.
" G-Girlfriend?" Dan asked, putting them in a bag.
" Nope." Phil winked. Dan pushed them towards him.
" On the house." Dan said. " First customer gets one free bouquet." He added quickly, blushing.
" With purchase of ten dollars or more." Phil picked up his bag, and leaned in, whispering in Dan's pierced ear.
" But you're worth much more than that, aren't you, Daniel."
Phil then smoothly left, leaving Dan pink-eared and smiling.
" Okay, I found the lilies." Louise said. " And I- wait. Where's Philip?"
" He, uh, left." Dan said, clicking the price tag. " That'll be, £5."
