Louis

I nervously paced in front of Harry's school. Sure, it was risky coming here but my parents were at work, and I really doubted anyone would question my presence. Unfortunately, I still had about five minutes to kill seeing as Harry's school let out an hour later than mine.

It was finally Friday, the day I was meeting Niall. Sure, the boy seemed nice but I still needed to make a good Impression on him. I could tell he already didn't trust me, but I was a lot different from the rest of my family. I didn't label people the way they did. I knew that Niall had been Harry's friend since they were kids, and that fact made me undeniably jealous. If the stupid feud didn't exist then maybe I would've been friends with Harry sooner. The two of us could've grown up together. We could've been best friends, even closer than Zayn and Liam or even Niall.

Why did I listen to my parents? I wondered, leaning against the cool brick facade of the highschool. I'm an idiot.

Suddenly, the noise around me became increasingly louder, so I figured that the bell had rung, signalling the end of the day. I stuck my hands in the pockets of my jean jacket and bit my lip nervously.

Harry exited the building ten minutes later with his arm wrapped around a blond boys, most like Niall's, shoulders. I waved towards the two of them, catching the attention of Niall, who waved back, giving me a small smile.

"Lou!" Harry smiled once he reached me. "What are you doing here?"

"I thought that I could drive us all to a pizza place. That way I could really meet Niall and we could bond. How does that sound?" At the mention of pizza, Niall immediately agreed. I figured it was his favorite food.

"Okay.." Harry nodded. "But what if people notice us? They might tell our parents."

"Oh don't worry, my friend works at this place and he'll make sure we're kept on the down low." I promised, winking at Harry to ease his nerves. It seemed to work and he agreed seconds later.

"So." Niall said, hopping Into the car. "You're the infamous Louis Tomlinson?" He raised an eyebrow at me, watching my every move. I gulped and nodded.

"Yep that's me. I met Harry at the party last week." When I said this I glanced at Harry who was blushing in his seat next to me.

"So Ive heard. Let me ask you Lou, What's your favorite thing about Harry?" Niall questioned, staring into my eyes. God damn he was like an overprotective father.

"Niall he doesn't need-" Harry began to intervene, but I stopped him.

"It's okay." I said, sending Harry a small smile. "My favorite thing about Haz is probably his sense of humor. It's cheeky, but at the same time undeniably funny. He's also an amazing person, and I admire how smart he is. I also can't forget about his eyes, how green they shine, and whenever he blushes it's wonderful." I stated, finding myself getting lost in Harry's eyes as I said this, my thoughts becoming foggy.

"I approve." Niall announced suddenly, snapping me out of my reverie. I blinked at him, cocking my head to the side in confusion.

"What?" I asked. He chucked and motioned between Harry and I.

"You and Harry. I approve of your relationship." Harry groaned and complained that we didn't need Niall's consent, but I on the other hand was overjoyed. This was a big deal to me, and Niall was obviously very special to Harry. To have his approval was a huge weight off my shoulders. When Harry wasn't looking I sent Niall a huge smile and mouthed a 'thank you'. Niall in return winked and turned around. He was indeed a strange character, but I couldn't help but like him. Though I didn't know him too well yet, I could tell he was fun to hang out with.
