Harry

It wasn't until I pulled the silk blue curtains open the next morning that it finally hit me. I was in Venice! Not only that, but I was in Venice with my boyfriend who graciously payed for the entire trip. I woak up to find him sitting at the sliver computer, reading up about the many attractions in Italy.

I quietly tiptoed into the kitchen, admiring the room as I went. Louis really had gone all out for this trip, and though I didn't usually like being spoiled, it made my heart bubble that he cared this much. I never thought I'd actually get to Venice, and Louis was making my dream come true so early in life. I entered the kitchen and put a kettle on the stove, grabbing a banana to chew on while I waited for the tea to brew. Once it had finished, I tossed the banana in the trash and gingerly poured the tea into a blue cup, adding two sugars the way Louis liked it. I, myself, didn't like coffee so I made myself a cup of orange juice, and brought the tea out to Louis who was still sitting at the wooden desk.

"Hi Lou." I said, massaging his back. "I made you some tea." He blinked and yawned, rubbing at his eyes.

"Oh, Harry. I didn't know you were up! Thank you!" He said with a smile. I kissed his shoulder lightly and glanced at the screen he was on.

"An art museum huh?" He glanced at me with a worried expression.

"We don't have to do that! I just figured..you said you liked art once but we could always do something else if you don't like it. I mean..I might've already bought the tickets because I figured yo-"

"Louis!" I giggled, flicking his arm. "It's perfect. In fact, I'm touched that you even remembered that I like art." He breathed a sigh of relief and shut the computer off.

"Sorry Haz I just really want this trip to be perfect." Louis admitted. I could see that his cheeks were tinted red, and I very nearly cooed. If Louis blushing wasn't heart melting, I didn't know what was.

"Oh Louis! It already is perfect!" I beamed. He gave me a huge smile back and wrapped his small arms around me.

"I'm glad Hazza. I really am. You deserve this. Now go get dressed! You and I are going to breakfast!" He ordered in a jokingly serious tone.

"Yes sir!" I saluted, pulling off my shirt from last night. "Try to keep your eyes off me." Louis responded by pulling off his own shirt and raising a challenging eyebrow.

"Two can play at that game Haz." He smirked as he peeled off his sweats. I awkwardly cleared my throat and headed into the bathroom to avoid any embarrassing moments, changing in there instead. Outside the door, I could hear Louis laughing his head off. I mentally flipped him off.

Twenty minutes later I was ready to go. Louis met me by the door, still smug about earlier. "You better now?" He laughed.

"Shut up." I pouted, following him into hallway. "You're so mean."

"Yeah, I know." He said, throwing an arm over my shoulder. If anyone could see us right now, we'd look like a proper couple. We were both wearing sunglasses and white shirts. A power couple. That's what we were.

Louis led us out of the hotel, pointing to a little cafe down the road. "It's right there." He said. I placed a hand over my eyes to block the sun and shook my head in wonder.

"This is Venice." I marveled. "We're truly in Italy!" We entwined our fingers and strolled down the busy street to the cafe. It was right on the canal, and not very crowded at all.

"Table for two please." Louis said to the middle aged man at the front of the cafe. We were led to a table outside, and given two menus to look over.
