Nightmare can admit to doing terrible choices in the life he lived. Choosing to hide the very abuse of others from his own family was one of his, hurting his brother who was just ignorant but loyal, killing his own parents due to the insanity from his own aura, never admitting to actually wanting help, loving the absolute negativity in his own kingdom, and so many more that he dares not think about.

But, much good has also come out of the actions he did. Somehow.

He got faithful beings he knew would never betray him, an easier life to those weaker in the chain of life, giving opportunities to those that need it, and most of all...

Meeting Deva.

Nightmare remembered when he met Deva, that day Fresh took both him and Error to see the cafe with their own two eye sockets. He admitted in his own mind, it made Nightmare feel more at home than he wanted to admit. The very emotions Nightmare felt were homey and content, beckoning him in with warmth he only knew from his family from a long time ago.

Then, he felt them for the very first time.

Their emotions felt surprised at first then fell to recognition of which switch to calm and warmth. They felt powerful as the very magic in them was deep and seemed everlasting to his own senses. Then, he saw them of which made his soul do this flip sensation he only felt with another being. He knew Error saw them two of which Nightmare felt their own soul flutter for the other. But jealously didn't settle in.

It was as if a puzzle was finally completed in their own souls.

Everything became a blur to him at that point of which he remembered the very conversation with Error that night when the meeting finished.

[   "You felt it too, didn't you Nightmare?"

"Yes, what does that imply for us?"

"Nightmare, our souls were compatible with each other with Deva having the same for us. Humans call that soulmates but we monsters call it Venus's Approval. Our very souls see each other as the perfect beings to have children together or to find the very happiness we want."

"Isn't this cheating by others? Error, I can't see the very joy in this if we both cheat with the same being! I adore you, I worship you, I love you far too much to allow someone to get in the way of that."
