Chapter Three

SAKURA

Being up for whole night had a positive result.

Sakura managed to stabilize the girl but she still needed time to regain her consciousness. The poison was successfully extracted but like she said, it was harder then it was with Sasuke.

The sun rays hit the windows and Sakura let reality sink in.

She let four unknown people in her cottage. Two of them were in need of a help. She knew Sasuke but not the other two guys.

They were asleep on her couch, the blonde snoring loudly. The pinkette sighed and went in the bathroom to clean herself.

Once she finished bathing, she cleaned her living-room and went in the kitchen to make something.

It wasn't long since she started making food when Sasuke walked in.

"Morning." Sakura said without looking at him.

"Hn, sorry. I know you probably didn't want anyone to come here and I won't be surprised if you not let me find this place again." Sasuke spoke apologetically.

Sakura glanced at him. "It's okay. Your friend needed help and it's good that you brought her here. Don't worry about that, she'll wake up soon and I'll give her medicine so she'll heal faster." Sasuke nodded and walked closer to her.

"May I help?" He asked and Sakura looked at him with surprised expression.

"Uhh, sure. Can you cut this?" She gave him few tomatoes.

Sasuke started cutting them, although he ate some quietly.

"If you'll eat it like that, I won't be able to use it in the food." Sakura chuckled and Sasuke looked away to hide his blush.

"You like tomatoes?" The pinkette questioned and Sasuke nodded. "Okay, there's some in the fridge, you can eat those, but finish cutting that first."

Sasuke showed a little smile and continued cutting.

After they finished, they both went back in the living-room.

Sakura noticed that the other black haired male was awake and he immediately turned his attention on the duo when they arrived.

"Is she okay?" He asked. He barely slept last night and the pinkette could see he was very tired

"Yes. I extracted the poison out of her, she'll wake up soon, I'll give her some medicine when she does so she'll heal faster." Sakura replied.

The man smiled widely. "Thank you, uh-"

"Sakura." She told him and he nodded.

"Shikamaru Nara." He held out his hand and Sakura shook it.

"Nara as in the one of the famous clan of Konoha?" Sakura questioned and Shikamaru nodded.

"Yeah, but some of us had to leave Konoha because of the new hokage."

"You mean the vampire hater hokage, right?"
