Chapter Five

SAKURA

Sakura woke up at the sound of her alarm clock. She groaned and stood up to get ready.

As she went downstairs, she saw Ino humming and dancing while making breakfast.

"Not a morning person?" Ino laughed when the pinkette approached her.

"If it was up to me, I would stay in bed for whole day." Sakura mumbled and yawned.

"Well, I can't help that but I can help you with the antidote." Ino told her.

"Good! Are you a medic?"

"Not really, but I understand some things about medicine." The blonde smiled and Sakura did the same. "Oh, and when we finish, I want you to meet my friends!"

"Sure!" Pinkette agreed and took a plate from Ino.

"You're a wonderful cook, do you know that?" Sakura questioned and Ino chuckled.

"Of course!" Yamanaka answered.

As they finished washing the dishes, Sakura dashed upstairs to get her medical books. Then, the duo left to go in the hospital cabin.

While walking, they met some people that Naruto introduced to Sakura.

Kiba Inuzuka and Suigetsu Hozuki. Both werewolfs and friendly guys. They both greeted the girls and gave them warm smiles.

The girls entered the hospital cabin and saw a girl with red, middle length hair, bangs and brown eyes. She was wearing nurse's uniform. Ino seeemed to know her as she approached her with an enthusiastic smile.

"Ino, you're all right!" The girl exclaimed and embraced I her.

"Yes, if it wasn't for Sakura, I wouldn't be here." Ino replied and motioned Sakura to come closer.

"Sakura, this is Sumiye Sato, Sumiye this is Sakura- sorry, what's your last name?" Yamanaka asked her.

"Haruno. I'm Sakura Haruno." The pinkette said with a smile and shook the red haired girls hand.

"Nice to meet you, Sakura. It's a pleasure to work with you." Sumiye spoke, her lips forming a smile.

Sakura looked at Ino confusedly who immediately explained. "Sumiye is a nurse, she'll help us with the process of making an antidote."

Sakura nodded in understatement. "Then, let's start." She said and three girls started working.

After long three hours, they decided to continue it the next day. They almost did the half of the job and Ino told her that the witch that could enchant the antidote wouldn't be here till the next day, 'cause she was on a short-trip with her family.

"Were are we going?" Sakura asked Ino who was dragging here somewhere.

"To meet my friends, of course!" The blonde answered and continued to drag Sakura.

"We're here!" She announced once they arrived at the house that looked a little like Ino's house from the outside. "Where are the girls?" Ino blinked her eyes in confusion.

"None of them are back except Karin who's somewhere annoying people." Suigetsu replied.

Sakura looked around the room and found some familiar faces. Naruto, Shikamaru, Kiba and Suigetsu were there and others she didn't know.

Ino sighed. "Meet Sakura Haruno, she's the one who saved me and Sasuke. Wait, where's Sasuke?"

"He's training with Kakashi-sensei." A boy said. "Nice to meet you Sakura, I'm Choji Akimichi." He extanded his hand and Sakura shook it.

"Nice too meet you too, Choji." Choji smiled and Sakura remembered Akimichi's were one of the famous clans too and partners of Yamanaka and Nara clans. She figured Ino, Shikamaru and Choji would be close friends.

"I'm Shino Aburame." The black haired guy with glasses said. Aburame, also a well known clan.

Are all of this people from Konoha? She questioned in her mind.

"Nice to meet you as well." Sakura smiled. "Are you guys all from Konoha?"

"Most of us are." Kiba answered her question. "How about you?"

"Me too, but I'm just a local citizen." Sakura smiled awkwardly.

Sakura spent her evening with Ino's friends whome she learnt are called Konoha 11.

"Ugh, I'm so tired!" Ino complained when they sat on the couch at Ino's house.

"Tell me about it! All I want to do is sleep." Sakura complained too.

"What are you? Shikamaru?" Ino laughed and so did Sakura.

"I don't know but I really need to go to sleep." The pinketted yawned and stood up.

"Okay, okay. Good night, Sakura." Yamanaka waved her hand.

"Good night, Ino." Sakura waved her hand back and went upstairs.

HIRUZEN

Third Hokage was patiently waiting for silver haired man's arrival.

He just got his granchild, Konohamaru to go to bed. He was too persistent to go to sleep because his grandfather was still up.

"Father, are you still waiting for Kakashi?" His son, Asuma asked when he approached him.

Hiruzen looked up at him and answered. "Yes, he has important information to tell."

"May I stay? Or is that information confidential?"

"You can stay." Lord Third motioned his son to sit next to him.

Fifteen minutes passed and Kakashi knocked on the door. Asuma opened and they all walked at Lord Third's cabinet.

"She knows her daughter's safe with us." Kakashi said once the door was closed.

Hiruzen nodded. "Good. Any other information?"

"We were right, Danzo has a witch hidden somewhere, she's the one making poisons. And she told me Danzo's sure that Uchiha's dead."

"And we need to keep it that way. At least for a while. For his safety." Hiruzen said. "Anything other to report?"

"No, sir. She said to protect her daughter until she arrives."

With that the conversation ended.
