Chapter Four

SAKURA

Sakura didn't want to leave her home but she didn't really have a choice. Getting an antidote would be good for her too.

She packed her medical things, clothes and other stuff in her bag and walked downstairs.

"I'm ready." She announced. Ino was now fully healed and she looked as enthusiastic as Naruto.

"Then let's go!" They blonde duo said in unison. Ino took Sakura's arm and they all went outside.

In this few days, Sakura and Ino became friends and so did she, Naruto and Shikamaru.

"You're gonna love the camp!" Ino told her with a big grin. Sakura just smiled in response.

She noted to herself that she would still go back in her cottage. Even though this people seemed very nice and friendly.

"We're here!" Shikamaru called as they stepped on a border which, like Ino said protected camp from hunters.

As the pinkette stepped in, the spectacular view appeared. She was immediately struck by it. Sasuke wasn't joking when he said they had everything for supernatural beings.

There were lots of houses where probably the campers lived, training grounds, hospital cabin, some other buildings but Sakura didn't know what they were for and other stuff.

"You like it?" Ino asked, smile spread on her face.

Sakura just nodded and continued to look around.

As they arrived at the main building, Naruto banged loudly on the door.

"Open up, old man!" He yelled.

After few seconds, silver haired man opened the door who was wearing a mask.

"Naruto, he's Lord Third for you." He said. "Come in."

They sat on a couch at the living-room, while waiting for Lord Third.

"I see you've cured Ino." Lord Third said when he came. "Good job, Sakura."

Sakura recognized him immediately. He was third hokage of Konoha and a master of legendary sannin. He was part of pinkette's childhood too, although she doesn't talk about it.

"Thank you, Lord Third." The pinkette bowed with a smile.

"Sakura-chan's here to help us make an antidote!" Naruto suddenly exclaimed and everyone stared at him. "Sorry, I'm just excited." He laughed sheepishly.

"Well, we'll find a good house for you Sakura, you're going to love here." Hiruzen told her.

"I'll only be staying for few days, sir. Making the antidote won't take long."

"Nevertheless, you'll need to stay somewhere. Miss Yamanaka, you don't have a roommate, right?"

"Actually, I was about to propose that idea. Sakura and I can share a house." Ino said with a bright smile and Hiruzen nodded.

They talked about the process of making the antidote and other things that involved the hunters.

After finishing their conversation, Ino walked Sakura to her house. When Sakura saw the place, she was amazed by the decor, Ino sure had a taste.

"This house is astonishing!" The pinkette exclaimed, her tone showing that she was impressed.

"Thank you." Ino grinned. "Our rooms are upstairs. Mine is on the left side of the corridor and yours on the right. The bathroom is downstairs and so is the kitchen. Please, make yourself like home and ask me if you'll need anything." She said sweatly, Sakura shot her a genuine smile and thanked her.

"You go settle in the room while I'll make something for us." She said and Sakura tilted her head.

Sakura walked in her new room and started unpacking her stuff. She was sure she wasn't staying for long but having to search everything in her bag would be a drag.

She took out her medical book and sat on the edge of the bed. Instead of reading it, pinkette started thinking about this camp. The people she just saw were from Konoha, her old home. For example Hiruzen Sarutobi, he was third hokage of Konoha and sensei of famous sannins. He also used to visit her parents. Then there was that silver haired man, she remembers him now, his name is Kakashi Hatake and he also knew her parents. And don't forget about Shikamaru's and Ino's clans. Ino told her she's Yamanaka and her clan and Nara clan are one of the most famous clans in Konoha and they definitely know her mom.

I hope they don't say anything. Sakura bit her lip and decided to go downstairs to help Ino.

The smell that was coming from the kitchen was appetizing. Sakura's stomach started grumbling.

"Okay, whatever you're doing, it smells very appetizing. If it tastes as good as it smells you deserve a trophy!" Sakura remarked and Ino giggled.

"My pancakes are the best!" She said and waved the turner.

The pinkette took a bite and exclaimed. "They sure are!"

Ino laughed again and handed her a glass of orange juice. She as well sat down and started eating.

"After I finish, I have to go and see my parents," Ino started. "You won't mind being without my company for few hours, right? You can go around the camp or watch some movies here."

Sakura shook her head. "Don't worry, I'll manage." She answered with a smile.

After some time Ino left and the pinkette was left to wander around. She placed all her books on the shelf, she won't need those till tomorrow. Hokage told him she would start working next day, so she was all free to take a tour around the camp.

As she exitied Ino's house, pinkette started walking toward training grounds. She was curious as in how everything here worked.

At the training grounds, she met bunch of people whome were different species, mostly werewolfs.

"Sakura-chan!!" Loud voice that belonged to sun-kissed blonde greeted Sakura.

"Naruto," Sakura smiled warmly.

"Are you looking for someone?" Naruto said as if he was hinting something but Sakura couldn't understand what.

"Actually I wanted to take a tour around here." She answered.

"Oh, I can be your guide! Just wait for me for few minutes!" He said and ran of toward group of people. Sakura looked closer at them, although she didn't recognise any of them.

Sakura and Naruto walked around the camp, time by time he introduced her to some of his friends and they all seemed very friendly.

It was already night when Sakura got back at Ino's house. She was waiting for her, standing near table were ramen was.

"Don't tell Naruto I made this." Ino spoke and Sakura burst into giggles.

"I won't." The pinkette said and sat on the chair.

After finishing, Ino asked. "Want to watch some movies?"

"Sure!" Sakura grinned and the girls went in the living-room to watch movies.
