1945

Venus and Tom were stressing about NEWT's. Obviously they wanted nothing more than to get top marks. The Deatheaters were multiplying, more and more people wanted to join. Which was good. Nothing has really happened since last week, in fact they have been the only ones prepared for the exams. Everyone was in the library cramming last minute information in. It was amusing to both Venus and Tom, until some people were in their usual spot. They were fifth years.

With their cold faces they strode over and stood in front of the group that was sitting on the table. They were sniggering but stopped when they saw them.

'If you're not going to revise or read in the library why be here?' Venus crossed her arms

'Who are you? Dippet?' One laughed

'We are head girl and boy, respect your superiors' Tom glared at the fifth years who didn't move

'We got here first, so we are not moving' another said rather sassily

'Fine, we are just going to have to...tell Dippet that your grades are horrendous and need extra help by Dippet himself, how would you like to be tutored by the headmaster?' Venus sneered

'Uh no, you can't do that!?' They objected

'Believe me we can.' Tom smirked

'Ugh, you haven't seen the last of us' the leader hopped of the desk and left, the others followed

'I'm going to kill them in their sleep' Tom turned to Venus

'They better be sleeping with one eye open' Venus laughed setting her books down

'No, they won't be able to, I would have already killed them by dawn' he laughed

'Tom! Your not serious are you?' She questioned as he shifted his chair near her

'I keep no promises' he opened his book to read

'Seriously Tom?' She scoffed before opening her Potions book

'Can you perform the Patronus charm?' She asked

'I've never tried, I've heard it is very hard to produce' Tom clenched his jaw

'I want to try' she closed the book

'Then try.' He replied sternly

'With you, I mean' she smiled

'Why?'

'What do you mean why? It's a good idea' she grabbed his hand and lead him outside Hogwarts

'Now I've read that you think of the most happiest memory and incarnate Expecto Patronum' Venus smiled getting her wand out

He rolled his eyes before doing the same

'You lucky I love you' he inches closer

'You better' she smirked

'Okay not think' she said, Tom closed his eyes and began to think

Tom was thinking about him getting head boy. He incarnated it but nothing happened

'More happier' she edged on

The thought about the Horcrux and the chamber, and again he failed.

'Come on, Tom' she whined

'I'm trying all I can' he snapped

He then thought of the obvious, Venus.

He pointed his wand in the air

'Expect Patronum' he shouted as a snake wiggled out of the wand, both of them smiled broadly

'I can't believe you did it!' She jumped on him as the snake whizzed around them

'You try' he gave a thumbs up

Venus thought about Tom. And says

'Expecto Patronum' she says and for the first time she saw in wonder a tiger, it then started to tackle the snake, they both laughed

They both with high spirits went back inside. Exams where next week. And it wasn't that bad, they had nothing to fear anyway. Both the duo went back to the library.

'So what types of objects are you intending to make a Horcrux?' Venus said

'Objects that are valuable, more than existence itself. I'm thinking something to do with Hogwarts' he thought

'Like what?' She asked

'The diadem.' He shrugged

'I've read about something other than a diadem, the Hufflepuff cup and Salazar Slytherin locket. Those two are most valuable objects to associate with Hogwarts. But I don't know where it is, it's basically like the diadem.' She grabbed a book off the shelf and flipped open the book, Tom eyes landed on the green locket and golden shiny cup.

'I will find those. And thank you darling, I will intend to make a Horcrux out of the two, Especially Slytherin's locket, I'm it's rightful owner. I am the heir' he gritted his teeth

'You will find it, Tom' she smiled

'You will help me. Okay?' He asks

'I will' she stood tall

'Promise me?' He sticks his hand out

'I don't take promises' Venus smirked as he huffed in defeat

'Whatever you say, Riddle' he huffed again

'Riddle? I'm a Ravenclaw? She questioned

'Not for long.' He liked that he had someone

She flushed deep red, she tried to hide it

'Don't hide your blushing face from me' he says, she sat down they looked deep into eachothers eyes.

He inches closer and his lips were in hers. They moved together. It made people stare but they didn't care

'Mr Riddle and Miss Ravenclaw, do your romantic gestures outside of the library' Madam Redmond shouted

The devious duo both got up. But he pinned her to the wall outside.

'Tom, not here' she sighed as he planted hickeys around her neck

'Hickeys will be a common thing now, darling' he sucked on her skin

'I said somewhere else!' Madam Redmond shouted at us down the hall

We both laughed before they ran off.
