There are two guy managers that make me really mad!! They think almost everything teenage boys do gets the commit of "oh well boys will be boys I guess" then not fix the problem like being on their phone during rush hour, leaving the station to flirt with both customers and coworkers, cussing and arguing with customers, etc. When those managers see any girls do those problems they give them write up and verbals. Those are not "boys will be boys" things, that is just showing favoritism and is not cool.
