Work/school (positive)

Hey! I wanted to share that my Dad did end up having a good birthday! I emptied my piggy bank and barely was able to get him a $3 chocolate cake! (enough for two slices, he ate both LOL) and I did a bunch of birthday gifs on a google docs and shared them with him. :-)

Unfortunately, we are still very behind in everything I mentioned last section. Hot water is still off *sigh*. I miss taking hot showers a lot. *sigh*

Also, how many of you guys have parents that meddle in your love life?

I was with my Dad for one of his business meetings and the other guy introduced me to his son. He is introverted and loves all things Russian. He spoke like three words to me. I have gone with my Dad for seven other meetings. The son, who is in my grade but goes to a different school, has been their every time and tried to be involved with the meeting. I think nothing of it, until...

My Dad tells me that in all of his previous meetings with the other guy, the son NEVER tried to be involved. He tries to ESCAPE. Now he makes a POINT to join and be involved. MY Dad says that the son might have a crush on me... HELP!!!!!! I DO NOT DO WELL WITH THIS SORT OF THING!!

And to top it off my Dad on the ride home from the last meeting decided to try to encourage me to FLIRT. WTF!!!! He was telling me what a good kid he is and how we should take it slow and then talks about my FUTURE MARRIAGE!!! I was like WTF! SLOW your roll there. I am not even friends with this guy... WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY DAD WHO SAID NO DATING UNTIL I AM 30!?!?!

Anyways, school for a good friend of mine (her majesty) starts on school this week and I start next week (ha I got an extra week! LOL) So as a way of encouraging her for school I decided to make a positive encouraging section!
