Third POV
Well, the magic users and the rest of their group were surprised and relieved to find that Morgause had no eyes in Camelot. She got all of her information from Morgana, including a certain relationship between Arthur and Mauve. Morgause wanted Morgana to have them permanently split up. So the plan was they pretended Morgana was going to split them up, and Arthur and Mauve got a date out of it.
Morgana and Uther had spent time together and went out for a ride, sending a signal to Arthur and Mauve, who were probably as bad as Gwaine and Kylynn with the lip-locking, had to separate and hurried back to Camelot. So Morgana told Morgause that the two were rather sneaky, even planting a fake bit of magic in Arthur's room for Gaius to declare as fake. Safe to say Morgause was a bit angry and Morgana was smirking because she outsmarted her sister on her own.
