Mauve POV

I'm worried, Kylynn is sick again, she had grabbed my arm, "do NOT drink the water, a lot of death is coming," and she promptly passed out. I knew I had to stay with her so I passed the information off to Leon who told Morgana and Arthur and used my ice ability to keep bring Ky's temperature down. Later she woke up, "Gwen will find out, Merlin will mess up, and it will affect her," she told me and the others who had been in the room after hearing her warning.

After ensuring Ky was better and that she would stick with someone, I went off to the town and saw Merlin and Gaius looking over a blue corpse. "Aren't you scared?" Merlin asked a stupid question. "Of what?" Gaius responded. See it's stupid enough that even Gaius didn't know what he meant.

"That you might catch whatever it is,"

"I'm the court physician, Merlin. This is part of my job. Most of the time there's nothing really to be scared of," Gaius responded and turned over the corpse revealing white eyes and blue skin. I held in a gasp, "People mustn't see this. They will panic," Gaius spoke. I walked away, passing by Gwen who gave me flowers for Ky so she hoping she would feel better.

Morgana POV

Gwen had come in with flowers, she smiled as I hid my worry for her. "You look happy," I noted. "I picked these for you and Kylynn, I already gave the other to Mauve."

I smiled, "Oh, that's so sweet,"

"Something to cheer you both up. I know you both were not sleeping well,"

"You cheer me up"

"Would you like me to put them in water for you?" she went to get something to carry the water. I wonder how Arthur is doing?

Arthur POV

"You think it's caused by magic?" I heard Merlin say. I rolled my eyes, he really needed to watch what he says, "Merlin!" I yelled. The door got yanked open by the warlock and blocked me from seeing inside. "Erm... I'm on my way. Sorry I'm late," he stuttered.

I sighed, "Don't worry. I'm getting used to it," I said, annoyed, and looked at the flower I knew Gwen had been carrying around. "Oh, er...Gwen, she gave it to me," he once again stuttered. "Tell Gaius my father wants to see him now," I replied, unamused. He shut the door to relay the message.

In the Council Chambers, Gaius came in slightly surprised to see another corpse, "What's happened to him?" my father questioned. "I don't know, Sire. It's the second case I've seen today," Gaius admitted.

"Why didn't you report it to me?" my father demanded.

"I was attempting to find the cause."

"What did you conclude?"

"I don't think it's time to hurry to conclusions. The scientific process is a long one."

"What are you concealing from me?"

"Sire, I have seen nothing like it. The victims are dying in 24 hours, and it's spreading fast,"

"What is the cause?"

"I think you should say that the cause, and most likely cause, is sorcery,"

My father pulled me to the side, "We must find who did this,"

"I will, Father,"

"Conduct door to door searches. Increase your presence in the town. Double your guards on all the gates. And lend the physician your servant," well at least Kylynn, Mauve, and Morgana had hid their magical items. They made them invisible and attached them to the ceiling of their chambers. Then they went out to give warnings to the magic users we are aware of and trusted. "Merlin? But..." I said, playing my part.
