Hyung? When are you coming?
Jungkook waited for a specific amount of time he usually did, but then his patience wore thin so he texted Jimin.
Do you want to study in a cafe?
Jungkook stared at the screen in confusion. He loved studying in Jimin's room where he could eat good food made by Mrs. Park, snoop around the room to find Jimin's stuff and annoy him, lay down on his comfortable bed, or bicker with him in privacy.
Okay... :(
Why the sad face?
I love your bed.
Jungkook-ah! Don't show me this face, It's not good for my health.
Jungkook blushed a little as he smiled at the screen.
I am waiting for you Hyungie...come soon.
Jimin smiled fondly at the way Hyungie was written cutely and quickly zipped up his bag before running out of the house. He drove towards Jungkook's place and after picking him up, and they made way to the cafe happily, the same cafe where Jimin usually hung out with Jin and Hoseok.
"Why aren't we studying at your house?" Jungkook assumed as much that it might have something to do with Mr. Park.
"I don't like my parents, and they have decided to stay home in my vacation when they travel all year long. They had to fuck up my break." There was fierceness and anger in Jimin's words and Jungkook wanted to interject and tell him that he shouldn't talk about his parents in such a way, but he knew nothing about their equation so he decided to shut up. Moreover, Jimin's anger was something he didn't want to see again.
"Hyung, are you hungry?" Jungkook suddenly confused Jimin with the change of topic and the older forgot about his thoughts and chuckled softly.
"No," he said purposefully. "Are you?"
Jungkook nodded. "I get hungry when I am nervous."
"I figured."
"How?" Jungkook asked dumbfoundedly.
Jimin pulled the car over when they arrived at the cafe, and he began to check his phone. Jungkook wanted the attention and the answer to his question, but checking his phone was apparently more important to Jimin. "Trying to see whom I am texting?" Jimin locked his phone's screen as he caught the boy's eyes trying to peek, and Jungkook got all flustered.
"No," he quickly turned around and touched his nose.
Jimin smirked to himself before Jungkook heard the boy open the door to get out. He followed quickly after grabbing his bag. Jimin walked leisurely, taking in the sun as much as he could while he flexed his muscles and then stretched his arms only to release a contented sigh. "Winters seem so good."
"I love summers," Jungkook stated while playing with the sole of his own shoes by tapping them lightly against the ground.
Jimin looked at him. "What exactly do you like about summers?"
"I can eat as much ice cream as I want. I hate getting loaded with layers and summers allow me to just be myself, wear a loose shirt, or not wear any shirt at all. AC is a bliss, citrus fruits, summer vegetables, everything about summer is bright and vibrant. Winters are gloomy and dull."
