The day was normal, as normal as it could be as per new normalcy. Jungkook all but ignored Jimin, his glower schooling into nothing as Jimin looked in his way, and Jimin was trying to focus on studies, albeit his attention was diverted for a very few minutes on Jungkook or what he was doing.

The younger sat silently through the class. Everyone was listening to the lecture and that was until Jungkook threw a pen at Do-Jin's head, letting it collide with a force and fall on the floor. The boy hissed, holding his skull, and glared at Jungkook while turning around. There was blinding fury in his eyes as everyone was laughing at him, including Jimin. But Jimin made himself ready in case the boy tried to return the attack.

Jimin was right, before Do-Jin could launch a scathing punch on Jungkook, he grabbed him. Jungkook was as if provoking it as he smirked, looking at Do-Jin struggling from Jimin's grip. The class broke into chaos as the seats were flung here and there when the students surrounded the three. The teacher had nothing else to do but escape the scene so she could bring back a few male teachers as quickly as she could to help.

"Fucking move!" Jimin growled at Jungkook, wanting him to leave and Yoongi was also worried now as he looked at the youngest.

"Stop being such a pussy, Jimin Hyung," Jungkook scoffed, "let's level the field, hm? Leave him."

Scoffing, Jimin pushed Do-Jin back, all set to hold him again in case he charged. It was at that moment when the teachers barged into the class, seeing only Do-Jin and Jimin wrapped around each other like two snakes in a brawl. Jumping in, they separated the two, and Do-Jin was taken to the principal's office.

The whole class ran behind the two, except Kyong, Do-Jin's friend. He looked at Jungkook holding his head before he fell on the seat, unconscious. It was now that he padded out of the class without helping Jungkook.

"Are you really okay, Jeon Jungkook?" Mr. Bang asked the boy as he sat in his office while holding his head.

"I am, sir. If you could just give me a note, I can walk home or call a cab. There's no need to call my father."

"I already did," Mr. Bang answered, knowing how Jungkook suffered medically two years ago. The teen looked away. He was feeling fine, but somehow, his heart was on the go as he also couldn't help but think about the possibility of recurrence of his past condition. He had to wait for a few more minutes before his parents walked into the office with their faces burning red as though they have cried.

"I am fine, Eomma, Appa. I am really okay."

Mrs. Jeon didn't believe the words until she physically checked the boy's head, his back, and basically anything she deemed fit to touch on the boy's body before hugging him tightly and crying. "I got scared."

"I know," Jungkook mumbled while hugging her back and looking at his father's face. Mr. Jeon stroked his hair while flashing a timid but assuring smile before Jungkook pulled away from his mother to now hug him.

"We will take him for a check-up, just in case. I hope that's okay," Mrs. Jeon asked the principal who nodded understandingly and quickly got around the table.

"Take care of yourself, Jungkook. I will inform your class teacher and you should take care. I am proud of you, son. You did very well in the mid-terms and I should break the good news that you scored the highest. Keep it only with you for now because we will publish the results next week," Jungkook found a faint smile and he nodded. This was what he wanted to do, to beat Jimin and take his revenge, but it didn't feel as good as he thought it would. "Now is the time you can take out for yourself and forget about studies for at least a week. I don't want to hear any bad news again. Your medical records from the last time are so heavy in my drawer as is it."
