Jimin waited in his car so Jungkook could come out. It was their official first date after Jimin gathered the courage to ask for it. He could feel his eyes turning sore, but Jungkook wasn't coming out of the house. "How am I always the one on time for him and he is always late?" Jimin, taking his phone out, shook his head while texting the boy again.
Is it because you can't find your lip balm or are you just shy?
Hyung please give me a minute
No...I am coming in.
Okay, wait! I am coming out.
And just like that, Jungkook appeared to treat his sore eyes, in a brown silk blouse with a big white and brown ombre, crochet shrug on top while struggling to not entangle his fingers in the mesh.
Jimin got out of the car and leaning against it, stood smiling. Jungkook's gaze was down low and just when he made it to the car, he tugged at Jimin's arm. "Let's go, quick."
Jimin held Jungkook's rushing body back to halt him and made him look on his face. "Why? Are you ashamed of being seen with me now?"
"Hyung, as much as I want to punch you on your face for even asking such a stupid question, my mom is lurking from behind my window and she isn't going to shut up after this. Please take me away."
Jimin now blushed too at the request and quickly got into the car. Fixing the rearview mirrors that were already at the right alienation, he waited for Jungkook to fasten the seatbelt. "Ready?"
"Yes."
With affirmation, Jimin skewed the car and almost barrelled into a trash can before he pressed the brakes and was out of the driveway. Once out on the road, Jimin gazed at Jungkook from the corner of his eyes. "You okay, baby?"
"Don't call me that," Jungkook pouted with an angry glare.
"But you are my baby. You have been since we weren't even boyfriends." Jimin blurted out, although, with a lilt of teasing he started, at the end of the sentence, he was almost serious.
"Boyfriends?" Jungkook's big, doll eyes looked at Jimin.
"Yes, princess. We are dating now, isn't it? That means I get to call you my boyfriend."
"I don't know...it's too soon."
"Really? If Hosoek Hyung asks, should I say you are my friend?"
Jungkook went silent momentarily. "Yes," his voice came out haughtily after a moment of consideration. "I am okay with it."
"Okay," Jimin nodded slowly, and then silence fell for a few minutes until he broke it. "By the way...you look really gorgeous." The older glanced at Jungkook to see red over his face after a few seconds.
"You too, Hyung." The boy reciprocated with difficulty.

"I have a table reservation for me and my friend here."
Jungkook kept his one-arm distance from Jimin since they hopped out of the car, and right now, they stood outside the bistro where they were to have dinner. On the word friend, Jungkook couldn't help but feel his heart cinched in jealousy and pain.
"Can I have the name?" The girl in black midi dress asked.
"It's Park Jimin. You can search by my number too, it's xx xxx xxxx."
Jungkook gasped, wanting to place a rock hard kick to his pompous ass. The girl smiled when Jimin flirted with her a little as she began to look through the register.
