Clan Levels in my point of view are technically how much experience and skills your clan has. If u win a lot of wars you are gonna get a lot of clan xp. (which is what makes your clan level up) The more clan xp you get the faster your clan is going to level up. I am currently in my own clan-Clash On! Which is a level 4 clan. Also the higher leveled up your clan gets the more advantages you get! Such as if your in a level three clan you get 20% of elixir back on the troop cost that you donated to a clan mate. Plus you get cool borders on your clan badge! So just like you want to have a high level on your account you also want a high clan level too!
