It's been days.

There's been no word from any of them since Fury had sent them supplies. I tried to go, but Thor had me thrown in this fucking cell. None of them cared to listen to my pleas to go with them. It seems they all side with whatever that little star wants.

And from that display earlier with the mutant, it's blatant that I am no longer her desire. The lifestyle she wants, it's something I've never considered doing, nor have I ever found someone who captivated me so completely before.

If only, father could see me now.

There's no doubt in her abilities to handle herself but she was so shaken by that man. They've also kept him far from me as well. What if her display was a test? A shred of hope that maybe she was wrong at the farmhouse? Sighing, I drop my head into my hands.

The dark green ribbon tied around my wrist mocks me, along with his words.

Wait for her. I did, and she did, but then she ran. And it's all my fault.

Then there's her telepathy as well, Adhara is a captivating being. Always has something up her sleeve, it seems. She has managed to gain amazing control over her telepathy for a Midgardian. It had been easy enough to let my own mind drift near hers. I could tell she noticed.

It's something I'd never thought possible to share between myself and a.....lover.

Her existence is complicated but hopelessly I'm drawn to her. So much of her I see in myself but Addie is distinctly her own being.

Could something like that work? Sharing her? My lover having another on purpose?

A ping fills the air, making my head snap up. Stepping off the elevator is my brother and the tin man.

"Have you come to beg for my help?" Tin man glowers at my snark but Thor smiles just the slightest. Leaning against the wall and crossing my arms, I watch them for a moment.

Stark seems less.... Angry. I never liked his mind, too busy even for my tastes, but just skimming the surface the change is noticeable.

"Have you learned something?" I cock my head and his eyes narrow.

"Lady Adhara revealed that his father actually lives." Maybe they expect me to be shocked but her words were always so careful before. Never actually admitting she murdered them. Clever star. The grin stretches on my face before I can stop it.

"I don't trust you worth a damn, but your brother here insists you could be of use." Now this is interesting, my brother coming to my defense. The blonde behemoth nods, "The man..." He trails off and Stark rolls his eyes. "Morozov." he supplies but the rage burns through me, nearly blindingly so.

"Yes, he refuses to speak to us-"

"And you assume I'll just help?" Stark snorts and shakes his head.

"Brother, your abilities are what we seek." Ah, so they want to use me to get inside that horrid man's mind.

"What if I just kill him?" Neither seems surprised by my question but nor are they shaken by it. Stark pushes himself off the wall and moves over to the control panel. "You wont kill him because you wouldn't do that to Shadow. He's hers to kill." He states it as if it's a fact as the glass wall slides open.
