I make it up the stairs and look around running to the room Isaac says was Jason and I's. I hear the shower water turn on and I sigh knocking on the bathroom door.

"In the shower!"

"No your not, I just heard you turn the water on." I respond then hear a sigh before the door opens to a shirtless Jason. I look at him and cross my arms.

"Whatcha need?" He asks

"What's wrong with you? You've been weird since last night." I say and he shrugs.

"Just tired." He says and I laugh slamming my palm onto the door as he goes to shut it.

"Can I please take my shower?"

"Sure, but I'm not leaving until you talk to me and tell me what's up." I say stepping into the bathroom and crossing my arms again.

"Listen Skylar, I'm sweaty and hot. I want a shower."

"Then take one, I'm not stopping you."

"You kinda are." He says but I don't move.

"Whatever." He mutters then walks over to the shower hardly hidden by the wall. But, hidden enough that I can't see anything as he gets undressed and climbs into the shower. I walk by the wall and sit down on the sink in front of the shower.

"Are you still in here?"

"I told you I wasn't leaving till you talked!" I call over the water.

"Well, you're waisting your time. There's nothing to talk about." He says and I sigh

"You're a bad liar even when I can't see your face." I respond and he pokes his head out of the shower.

"Now you can, see not lying. Now please leave so I can take my shower."

"You are taking a shower." I say and he glares at me then moves his head back into the shower and I stay sitting there.

"What's wrong?" I ask again but he stays silent.

"I'm stubborn, I'm not leaving till I get an answer."

"Then you're gonna be in here for a long time. I don't have an answer for you." I roll my eyes

"Sure, ok." I say

"If you're gonna wait in here, wanna make yourself useful and grab me a towel? I didn't grab one."

"Sure Jason." I say then stand up and walk over to the towel closet. I grab one out of it as he shuts off his water then walk back into the bathroom. I hold it up and he grabs it from above and I back away retaking my seat on the sink. He opens the curtain and I steps out.

"Still here." I say and he sighs walking over to me. He puts his hands on either side of my thighs and leans forward his face an inch from mine.

"Nothing is wrong, I am just tired."

"You're lying." I say and w shakes his head.

"Nope."

"Yes you are, because this attitude thing started last night when I came outside with you."

"What attitude thing?"

"The big old not giving a shit, I hate my life attitude."

"I do give a shit, and I don't hate my life so you were wrong."

"Was I now?" I ask and he leans closer to me.

"Yes. You were."

"Then why are your eyes betraying you right now? I see anger, fear, and pain reflecting back at me, nothing else." I say

"Angry because you wouldn't let me take a shower, fear, fear doesn't exist in me so no clue where your getting that, and pain, because my head is pounding."

"You are so full of it!" I exclaim

"No, I'm not."

"Let me in on a little secret Jason. You have your super power and I have mine. Wanna know what it is?"

"What?" He asks with a half smirk and I move my face closer to his and lock my eyes on his.

"I know when somebody's lying, I can see through a put up facade." I say and his eyes full of something, shut for a minute then he reopens them and looks at me with a smirk.

"Well, it seems your superpower is failing you."

"It never has." I say and he shakes his head and stands up straight then leaves the bathroom.
