The train comes to a stop and I stand up poking my head out and looking around.

"Jason, you wanna get off?" I ask and he shakes his head.

"This is our safest bet for the time being. We're both tired so we need some sleep, it's at its station so this train is just gonna sit here."

"Aren't you worried they might find it?"

"This train has been going for hours and it wasn't exactly slow. There's no way they could have tracked it, and if they did, we have the upper hand."

"How?"

"There's over 100 carts on this thing, we'll hear them before they reach us." He says and I nod.

"Fine, we stay. But tomorrow morning we gotta leave." I say and he nods in understanding.

"I know."

I sit back down and shiver from the sudden coldness. He pulls me to him and I go to argue but he pulls me down beside him and I instantly warm up.

"Better?"

"Much." I reply putting my head down on his chest as he rubs my back.

"I can't believe he's dead Jason." I say after a few moments of silence.

"Neither can I."

"He just let them shoot him. He didn't fight or anything, he didn't even give us up to save himself."

"I told you, Isaac was a good and intelligent man. He was selfless and when he sees good in something, or anything special in something he stands by it. He saw through the lies of this world and he died standing up for the right thing." He says and I nod.

"I just wish I could've saved him."

"You can't save everyone. It's not that simple."

"I know, sometimes I just wish I could, Ya know?"

"Yeah, I understand." He responds and I nod.

"Try and get some sleep, I'll keep watch." He says and I nod knowing he's not letting me out of it. I go to move away but he holds on to me.

"You don't have to leave, i fact you're keeping me warm." I laugh and move my head back on to his chest.

"You're keeping me warm also." I say and he laughs. He throws his arm over me and I shut my eyes soon falling asleep.

I wake up to a bang and I quickly stand up moving away from Jason. He rolls over still sleeping and I creep over to the sliding door thing. I push it open a little and curse seeing William, but luckily from what I can see, he's alone. He continues banging on doors about twenty down from Jason and I. He pulls each of them open but slams is shut when he doesn't find what he's looking for, aka us. I shut the door back and rush over to Jason. I shake him and he opens his eyes groaning.

"What?"

"William's here, from what I can tell he's alone. But he's obviously looking for us and he's only like 15 carts down from ours." I say and he sits up.

"I really hate that guy." He mutters and I nod.

"Yeah, me too. Let's get out of here." I say and we both more back into standing positions and I slide open the cart door gently and see William only about ten down from us.

"We gotta move slowly and quietly, one wrong move and we're dead." I whisper as he moves on to the next cart. He slams it open and jumps inside.

"We've got a minute to go, come on." I hiss then we both jump out and roll under the train on the tracks then jump up on the other side. I yank out my gun checking around to be sure he really is alone then we take off sprinting.
