mother's day

you and seokjin have been together for a total of thirteen years. dating for eight and married for five. you two met at the age of fourteen and fifteen at the start of high school. jin was a year higher than you but you shared a math class together, where eventually you two started dating two years lately. you two continued to date even as you entered college, as much as people tried to break you up you stayed together, and if anything your relationship got stronger.

you got pregnant with your first child at the age of twenty, you were freaking out but you knew seokjin would take care of your little family, and he kept his promise. you two ended up having a little girl. even during your pregnancy he helped you throughout the rest of your years in college. you got pregnant with your twins at the age of twenty three, two boys. you were freshly graduated and settling into your new life with jin, this pregnancy was a little harder than to last due to the fact you were carrying another baby, you faced way more hardships the second time than the first.

at the age of twenty four you and seokjin got married, it was a private wedding with only immediate family, and that's exactly what you two wanted. your kids walking down the aisle with you whilst your close friends and family watched with teary eyes. of course for the sake of jin and how his father is the ceo of a famous business company you had to have a little ceremony for the public.

and now, at the age of twenty nine you're pregnant with your fourth child, since you're basically a pro now this is the easiest out of your three pregnancies. due to the fact that seokjin was now ceo he wasn't able to see you as much but now with the new baby on the way he's happier to leave work early, using you and your baby as an excuse now, which you didn't mind because you love your husband oh so much.

your favorite holiday has always been mother's day, you've always cherished the holiday as a child being able to love on your own mother thrice as much as you usually did, and it's always been a dream of yours to celebrate the holiday with your own family, and seokjin has basically made it a tradition.

"y/n? jagi wake up," jin softly whispers in your ears as he plants sensual kisses along your shoulder, he's spooning you and his free hand is rubbing your baby bump soothingly, if anything making you even more tired and drowsy, "the kids have a surprise for you."

"mmm if you're trying to wake me up you're doing a terrible job at it. you know what belly rubs do to me," you groggily respond with your morning voice and your husband laughs at you.

"happy mother's day my love. can you get up for me now please?"

you raise your body so you're sitting on the side of your bed, you stretch your bones and rub your belly before getting up, "im up, now what?"

"go freshen up then head downstairs, the kids are waiting for you," is all jin says before kissing your cheek and leaving the room. you try not to rush too much because you're six months pregnant but you're eager to see the surprises your family has in store for you, they always go out for you and you love it.

as you walk downstairs you notice the hallway is showered with flower petals, and a big bright smile grows onto your face.

"jin? kids? where are you?" you ask as you continue to walk down the hall, being mesmerized by the flowers, "we're in the living room mommy!" your oldest child, suri, says.

when you enter the living room you the room decorated with art drawn by the kids, balloons, even more flowers, chocolates, smell goods, the list goes on and on.

"oh ... wow." is all you can say, you're in awe, this is the biggest they've ever done in your nine years of being a mother.

"happy mother's day mommy!" your kids run up to you and give you a group hug, being careful with your baby bump.

being the emotional pregnant lady you are tears spring into your eyes, "thank you so much my babies i love it so much."

"we made you paintings mommy! and daddy got you those hoochie purses you love so much!" the youngest twin, safi, yells.

"it's gucci baby, but still thank you."

"there's breakfast in the kitchen mommy come on," the oldest twin, sage, says before your three kids run into the kitchen, leaving you and jin behind.

"i have another gift for you my love," jin says breaking you out of your trance, you avert your attention to the skinny box in his hand.

"what did you do jin? all of this is already enough," you walk towards your husband when he opens the box, it's a necklace with a locket attached, when you open the locket there's a picture of you and your kids, with your bump evident, it brings tears in your eyes, "jin baby this is beautiful."

"anything for the mother of my kids, i love you y/n."

"i love you more jin," you kiss your husband before going off into the kitchen, spending another mother's day with your wonderful family. and you wouldn't trade it for the world.
