"happy birthday jinnie my baby!" you wake your best friend, seokjin up with many kisses to his face
"y/n...your breath reeks, did you brush your teeth yet?" jin asks as he sits up from his bed rubbing his nose
"just because it's your birthday doesn't mean i won't-"
"what's that!" your best friend points at the tray on his nightstand and you happily put it onto his lap
"this my dear best friend is what you call breakfast in bed. which is one of the many surprises i have for you today"
"awww you love me chagiya," jin coos
"yeah yeah now hurry up and eat so you can get dressed. a wonderful day awaits birthday boy!
cue jeopardy music...
"can't believe your buying me something on your birthday," i cross my arms and pout and jin who just chuckles and pats my head
"you've been spoiling me all day, it's just one thing. besides, you were giving these shoes the eye and you were gonna be upset if you didn't leave without em," jin states and you just stare in awe

"you know me so well jinnie, i love you baby," you go up to give jin a kiss on the cheek, his cheeks turn a bright pink but you brush it off to the side

after a long day of shopping, eating, and bonding you and jin were finally back at his place watching your favorite show and eating vanilla ice cream

"so jinnie, did you enjoy your birthday?" you ask as you lick your spoon clean
"pretty bummed that i wasn't able to see my family but i got to spend it with you, so yeah i did," you know how much jin's been wanting to see his family for the longest
"i'm sorry that you weren't able to see them jinnie, that's why i wanted your day to be so special," jin smiles knowing that you actually cared
