i've been cooped up in taehyung's quote on quote 'safe house' for two weeks. as much as i've missed seeing the boys i miss my apartment even better, which according to tae i have to move out of due to his enemies knowing my location.
"y'know y/n i wish you would stop being so damn stubborn and listening to me, i'm just trying to keep you safe baby," taehyung pleads as i just sit it my chair across the room and stare at him with my arms crossed
"you lied to me..."
tae throws his head back and laughs, "we're still on that? baby people lie all the time-"
"not about this tae! i don't know what in your fucking mind says that this is okay!" he looks at me with a sad look, he opens his mouth to say something but jungkook walks in
"um hyung? ...they're here," i watch as taehyung's eyes almost bulges out of his eyes, he grabs the gun from the waistband on his pants and walks up to me
"y/n i know you hate me but now is not the time to be stubborn babygirl, i need you to stay here and be quite. they're here to kill you," now it's my turn for my eyes to bulge out of my sockets
"what? tae, don't leave me here by myself again."
"i have to go baby but jungkook's gonna be here okay? he'll take care of you," tears fall down my cheeks and taehyung wipes them away with my thumb, he stares at me before he places a soft kiss on my lips, before i could kiss back he pulls away and kisses my forehead
"i love you y/n okay? please don't ever forget that..."
"don't talk like that, you're talking like this is the last time i'll ever see you," lord and i hope it isn't
"hyung! if we're gonna stop them you gotta go now!" jungkook says from the side and taehyung kisses my lips again before running away, jungkook locks the door and passes me a gun
"you probably don't know how to-"
"i do," i whisper as i graze my hands over it. taehyung just so happened to take me to a shooting range on one of our dates, he knew how much i wanted to learn. the gun was blue and had diamonds all over it, i knew instantly that tae was the one who picked it out because i saw it when we went to the range
jungkook nods and comes up to me to reassuringly rub "you probably won't have to use it though, it's just for protection,"
"will tae be okay? and the others?" i know that's it's hypocritical of me to be asking because i was shutting him out and now that we're in this situation i would love to be in his arms right now. but i love and care about him too much to lose him, along with the others
"knowing them they'll be okay, and we'll be okay too..." jungkook sends me a reassuring smile
then...the door is knocked down from its hinges
before i could even react a random man shoots jungkook in the knee and i scream before i raise the gun up with my hands shaking like crazy, next thing i know i pass out in fear.....
