"You have the notes right? They're in the file I sent you. Did I send them to you?" Happy asked. You sighed and shifted in the leather seat of the town car.

"I have the folder Happy. I know what I need to say." You insisted. He'd called and asked the same questions over and over.

"Ok. Well it's just this building. Hopefully whatever the Parker kid needs doesn't take long and I can come back. Thanks for covering for me." Happy said.

"It's my job. I am paid thousands of dollars a week to basically be a backup Happy. I've got this." You said as the car stopped and your diver went round to open the door.

Happy hung up after a few more fretful words and you thanked the driver who nodded. You paused for a moment, looking at your folder then at the driver. He wasn't the usual driver. He also didn't say anything. The other one liked to chat. A lot.

"I shouldn't be long. A few hours. You can head back to the main office if you'd like." You said to him but he just nodded and got back in the car. "Ok then."

You headed inside and found yourself greeted by the head of this set of offices. Tony insisted on an annual meeting with the staff, not just the heads of offices so that he could see in person any damaged copiers that needed changing, chairs that staff wanted. Little things that kept them happy. When he started buying up more and more buildings and offices. The job had been delegated to you and Happy.

"Welcome! Welcome. We're so glad to have you here. Such an honour." The office manager said. You looked to his assistant manager and decided that if the look on her face could speak it would say 'I hate this kiss ass'. You happened to agree.

"Let's get started with the reception and the staff. You said as you opened your file to the tick list that Pepper had made for each room. It went longer than you thought. Your list of things needed for staff grew so long you were going to run out of paper. You would have a tablet that immediately sent the list to Tony and Pepper but it had been stolen from your bag and the replacement wasn't done yet. You didn't ask what that meant when Tony had said it. As you went to move onto the next floor the building shook. The one opposite that you and Happy had assessed the day before shook, swayed and started to fall. Then you watched in horror as the building next to that, a cafe for the staff exploded, sending shrapnell everywhere. Some of it flew off the other building and knocked into the building you were in and shattered a window, the floor bowed and you turned around. The office manager had fled for the elevator while the assistant was shouting for people to take the stairwell and not run. You spotted someone near the broken window hanging onto a railing as the floor tipped. You tried to make it to them but lost your footing, your clipboard falling from your hands, bouncing across the uneven floor and plummeting several feet. Just as the woman you'd been trying to reach lost her grip and fell red surrounded her and she stopped screaming as she slowly floated to the ground.

"(Y/N)?" You heard from Natasha. "Hanging on or do you need a hand?"

"I'm good for a moment." You called back.

"Good. Someone is trapped in the elevator. I'll be with you once they're out." Natasha answered. You watched as Wanda moved debris and several trapped people from the building. She was a small red blur down below you. When the floor gave way and you started to fall several feet you couldn't help but scream. Something grabbed at you and you found yourself hanging from a wire mid air maybe a hundred and fifty feet above the air.

"Move towards me." A voice said next to you. Looking to your left you saw Yelena She was hanging from a wire and pointed to the thing holding you in the air. It was some sort of auto harness that had attached to you then to the wire. You tried to move but everything dropped by a foot and you shook your head.
