Ultraman Taiyo

Taiyo episode 15 Past and present.

Brandon was in bed after getting his boss the vase. He was about to go to sleep when he thought for a moment. He and Taiyo had been fighting together for a few months, and he still didn't know much about him in terms of where he was from. Up until then he had only gotten off hand information. He got up from bed and yawned before speaking. "Hey Taiyo, where are you from?"

("Why do you want to know all of a sudden?")

("I never really got to know where you are from that's all, you know friends, family, how was life there.")

("I guess I could tell you, but I won't tell you the ending.")

("Why not?")

("I feel as if I'm not ready, at least not ready enough to tell you how I got on this planet, or how I was I your grandfather's possession.")

("C'mon man just tell me the parts you can tell.")

("Alright.") And this is the story he told.

Millions of light years away was a planet that was advanced. The beings there were similar to humans. These beings lived peaceful and happy lives with many other races, and other nearby planets. That was until, their sun died. Under normal conditions the planet would be burned by the star, but they were able to shield themselves from the fallout of their sun. However, the planet was now frozen. To counteract this, they built an artificial form of energy in the main capital of the planet. When it activated, it turned them into giants of light. They were now ultras.

They weren't the only ones. Nearby planets got similar powers, and a certain planet would give those worthy to touch its light the same gift. However, many monsters that were already giant mutated even further, and many warlords, dictators, tyrants, and crime lords somehow found access to these monsters and technology. The ultras knew they had to use their powers for good, and soon they started to protect the galaxy. Many went on to become legends.

Ultraman, the monster exterminator. He protected the Baltans and many more races. He fought for them and peace. He kept on winning until the Zettonian government tried to eliminate him with Zetton. He died but was soon saved by those who he had fought so hard to protect.

Ultraman Zoffy, the big brother. He was the leader of the ultra brothers and helped them out on many occasions. He fought in many wars, and had even went toe to toe with some of the most dangerous villains of the galaxy.

Ultraseven, the miracle man. He was a scout that disobeyed orders to protect many races. He showed bravery, determination, and above all else perseverance. Even when the Alien Guts, a race that turned on him, was being invaded he fought to defeat the invaders and destroy their monster Pandon.

Ultraman Jack, the one who has returned. He went to protect planet Baltan again, among many others as well. With the ultra bracelet in hand he defeated many foes, and conquered his fears by defeating Zetton 2.

Ultraman Ace, the ace from space. His parents were killed by Yapool's choju. He wanted to make sure no one else would fall victim to them. He fought hard to eliminate or pacify any choju that was sent. He fought Yapool and defeated him.

Ultraman Taro, Ultraman number six. He was formerly the youngest of the ultra brothers. He wanted to be seen as more than a kid, or more than the son of father of ultra. He went to the moons of valky and fought to protect them. He would train many new recruits to the space garrison thereafter. But there were and are so many more heroes. Leo, Astra, 80, Mebius, Hikari, Max, Xenon, Zearth, Great, Powered, Nice, Neos, 21, Beth, Chuck, Scott, Taiga, Fuma, Titas, and Zero all being among them.

However, not every ultra believed in a cause for peace. Ultraman Belial rebelled against the ultras in sought more power. He soon became overcome with the spirit of Reiblood and merged with him. Belial would become imprisoned, before being beaten time after time by Zero. After many battles was an era of peace. This is where our story begins, this is when a certain ultra was born. But it doesn't start here exactly, let's move a few thousand years to the human equivalent of the 6th grade, or year 6.
